Only one complaint although there was plenty to choose from at meal times the food wasn't always hot .But the choices were excellent. Friendly staff except for one lady on reception . Very clean and housemaid very friendly. Just a bit too far from centre as my husband has walking problems but that's our problem not yours ..Thankyou

We were accommodated in this hotel without the option of choosing by the ”Flying Carpet” company and we felt like captive customers. The hotel is located on a noisy intersection, far from everything. The bustling center is a 20-25 minute walk (of course to one side). The hotel is very old, the furniture is rotting and falling apart. The stream of water is unstable in terms of temperature, a very cold stream suddenly becomes boiling, then suddenly very cold again and so on.The sink and bathtub are clogged, the water did not go down until we called the plumber.The shower door does not open all the way because of the toilet. You can hardly dry yourself in the crowded shower, let alone get dressed in it. The beds are old, the mattress is uncomfortable and moves all the time. The wardrobe is barely accessible. At all sites, the hotel boasts a refrigerator and a safe. But nowhere is it stated that the use of them comes with a fee of 10€!!! Each! You've rented a room, payd for thr accommodation, an the refrigerator is locked up! Outside the temperature is 38 degrees, you cat even put a bottle of water. We are talking about a half board hotel. I do not have the possibility to put personal valuables in the safe when I go down to the pool, because the safe that is supposed to serve me also requires a fee.this is outrageous. The food, The selection of food is o.k, the tastes are probably personal, it was not tasty for us. The problem that was diagnosed is that the kitchen recycles the food and changes it, serving it as different food. For example: potato cubes that were served in the morning, were served a second time in the evening as potatoes with vegetables.In the morning there was a layer of fresh tomatoes on the tomatoes left over from the evening, but an inedible white layer was observed on the old tomatoes. Waters, if you are thirsty in the middle of dinner, it will cost you, again and and again... If you are cold at night, you won't find a blanket, because the hotel .If you look for blankets, you won't find blankets because the hotel collects them in the summer. Wifi, is unstable! The rooms are clean. The cleaning staff is the best there is in that hotel

Stayed here for my daughters 18th, 2 adults and 6 17/18 year olds! (Mad I know) Couldn’t really fault the hotel For what we paid, great location if you are there to have a good time! If you are there to relax then This is the wrong hotel for you. It’s right on the main ***** Opposite the arcade and nightclub, bars underneath too. Hotel itself was what we expected, clean rooms- cleaned every day and fresh towels. We didn’t need air con so no problem there, although I’d be happy to pay €10 for it! I don’t know why people would complain about that. We had half board but didn’t really use it much, breakfast was good, the eve meal was not so good but you could survive if that was your only option. Had a couple of maintenance problems between the 3 rooms but I have to say as soon as we reported the guy was there within 10 minutes fixing the issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d defo return to this hotel again, yes it isn’t 5* luxury but we paid for 3* and we’re all very happy.

Not a family hotel. Booked 7 nights all inclusive for family of 5, had 2 pool view rooms luckily on same floor. Rooms was clean and basic. First night we had loud music and banging shouting from 4pm and groups in and out of rooms slamming doors smoking and partying in corridors nearly 1am it calmed down but strikes again at 4.30am right up until 7.30am. My children had very little sleep my phone didn’t work to ring reception I would have to walk down past the partying groups to get security which did not help! This went on my entire time. I spoke to the owner on last night and his attitude was make an insurance claim!! All inclusive is 8/10am breakfast 1/3 lunch and 7/9.30 dinner, even though hotel is terrible the food really wasn’t bad just busy. Never found snack bar and in evenings was only all inclusive until 22.30pm even though it stayed 11pm! They have 2 pools and a splash pool. Adult pool is one and other is family pool next to splash slides. All the groups woukd come in to family pool and be rough (bombing diving throwing balls) meaning families with children would get out. Smoke anywhere they like. They need to decide if they want it as a party hotel or family hotel! 3 songs gif kids disco in evening and only in house entertain after and it’s not the best! Would avoid this hotel. Never again

우리는 12세 미만의 어린이 2명과 함께 일주일 동안 Encantada에 머물렀고 환상적인 시간을 보냈습니다. 체크인은 느렸지만 직원들은 전체적으로 매우 친절했습니다. 우리 방은 깨끗하고 일광욕 베란다와 매우 편안한 침대로 잘 표현되었습니다. 우리의 수건과 침구는 매일 교체되었으며 전체 리조트의 일반적인 유지 보수는 완벽했습니다. 우리는 하프 보드였습니다. 매일 아침 리셉션에 알려주면 저녁 식사 또는 차 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다. 우리는 어린 아이들에게 너무 늦은 오후 7시부터 차를 찾았기 때문에 주로 저녁 식사를 선택했습니다. 아침 식사는 약한 커피가 포함된 일반적인 뷔페 스타일이었지만 스페인 호텔에서 이것을 기대했지만 저녁 식사와 차는 매일 사랑스럽고 모든 요리의 훌륭한 선택이었습니다. 일부 미리 만들어진 음식은 뜨겁지 않았지만 신선한 고기와 생선을 주문할 수 있는 바가 있어서 맛있었습니다. 수영장은 흠 잡을 데가 없으며 놀라운 스플래시 풀과 얕은 지역이있는 어린이에게 완벽합니다. 우리는 또한 수영장 바가 음료와 스낵에 대해 합리적인 가격이라는 것을 알았습니다 (여기에서 제공되는 커피가 제자리에 있습니다). 호텔은 이 지역에 많은 상점, 슈퍼마켓 및 식당이 있는 해변까지 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 내년에 돌아올 때까지 기다릴 수 없습니다.
