리가트 파크 & 스파 호텔(Rigat Park & Spa Hotel - Adults Recommended)

Rigat was perfect for what we were looking for. The service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. The building is gorgeous in a classical Spanish way. Our suite was the best! We had an extraordinary terrace overlooking the beach and the Mediterranean. Fenals beach was the best we found on Costa Brava (far better than the main beach of Lloret de Mar). The access from the hotel was easy. The bed was luscious and comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated. We'd go back any time!

Vintage style hotel in a beautiful location and excellent sea views. The only one within the beach in this style and against big block of flats type hotels nearby. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi in a quiet and relaxing location surrounded by the restaurant and bar. Good points will also be definitely the location and coziness of the place, excellent restaurant staff and food in general. Improvement will be the spa and cold hot tub which would make a difference. There is also lots of steps and levels and only 1 lift in the hotel, so not so baby cots and disabled friendly but we have managed to overcome. Downstairs bistro is a bit of disappointment as the prices are maintained from 5 star rated hotel upstairs but the food and service are 2 max 3 star cafe. I wouldn't agree with a 5 star rating compare to other I visited by this may be the local rating or my personal choice.

The hotel is in a perfect location however with that being said there’s more negatives than positives. The suites on the lower ground had such a strong smell which made it impossible to sleep in there and as a result had to cancel the stay. I ended up being sick and was told by the receptionist who was very rude and not understanding that this is what you get for a hotel that is beach front. The price you pay gets you nothing but misery. The reception manager was not helpful at all insisted that all complaints should’ve been done before 12pm and continued to speak in Spanish to her colleague completely ignored the fact that the problem was not resolved and did not acknowledge the fact that what she was doing was disrespectful.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The facilities are gorgeous, clean and right in the beautiful, prestige beach. We loved our time here and will be back again next year.

Great service and great location

La salle de bain Elle est très exigüe, indigne d’un 5 étoiles luxe, avec vasque unique et baignoire étroite. On y tient difficilement à deux. De plus, la vasque n’a pas de joint, si bien que l’eau coule sur le sol et rend celui-ci très glissant. Robinets eau chaude et eau froide inversés dans la baignoire : attention aux brûlures ! Produits de soin dans des contenants très ordinaires. La chambre Joliment décorée, elle est également plutôt petite, excepté le lit très grand. Pas de table ou bureau (donc pas de papier à lettres ni crayon), une belle commode mais avec un tiroir difficile à utiliser (pas de vérification), pas de nécessaire pour le thé ou le café. Le spa Il faut demander l’accès à la réception. Celui se fait par un escalier étroit et partiellement muni de rampe, et potentiellement dangereux si on a des problèmes aux jambes. L’eau du petit jacuzzi est tout juste tiède et il faut appuyer très fortement et à plusieurs reprises pour déclencher le bouillonnement. Quant au grand jacuzzi, l’eau est à température ambiante et l’accès peu pratique par des portes battantes résistantes et quelques marches. Le sauna et le hammam ne sont pas toujours en fonction, il faut demander leur mise en route. Les bords de la piscine, au niveau de la surface de l’eau, sont jaunes de crasse. Les parois vitrées de la pièce sont très sales. Enfin, les WC ne sont pas toujours pourvus de savon et de papier hygiénique : il faut demander à la réception ! Les restaurants Celui de la plage n’offre qu’un choix très limité : pas de salade, des sandwiches uniquement.et pas de desserts à base de fruits frais. Quant au restaurant principal, la nourriture est très bonne mais les quantités insuffisantes, et le rapport qualité/quantité/prix médiocre. Sur le plan commercial, c’est tout aussi désastreux. Mal nous en a pris de demander des glaçons chaque matin. Il a fallu beaucoup insister pour qu’on ne nous les facture pas, y compris en les récupérant à la réception. Nous séjournions 3 semaines dans cet hôtel et, après une âpre négociation, nous n’avons obtenu qu’une ridicule réduction de prix. Concernant la fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain, le directeur, venu avec son assistante, a aspergé d’eau le plan vasque et, hystérique, nous a accusé de faire de même, niant le problème de fuite, alors que la vasque n’avait pas joint. Nous avons eu une nouvelle chambre la dernière semaine, en insistant une fois de plus. Certains membres du personnel étaient peu aimables. Aucune petite attention non plus et, pourtant, ils savaient que nous fêtions un anniversaire de mariage : pas de décoration dans la chambre ou la salle de bain, pas de gâteau ou corbeille de fruits… Nous l’avons fait remarquer et, quelques jours plus tard, nous avons trouvé une bouteille de cava et 2 flûtes en revenant dans la chambre. Quelques points positifs sauvent cet hôtel d’un zéro pointé. La terrasse du restaurant et le solarium surplombent la mer et offrent un belle vue. La nourriture est de qualité. Les c

No merece ser calificado 5 estrellas. Un hotel endémico, horrible, mal decorado, sucio y con poca valía de servicio al cliente. La relación precio/calidad es un desastre. Muy venido a menos; ni hablar de las zonas comunes y el pasaje a la playa! Se quedó en el tiempo …. Nadie lo nota parece.

Una estancia muy agradable en un hotel con buenas vistas al mar , el servicio era amable/correcto..., más correcto que amable , fomentar la amabilidad con sonrisas haría la estancia aún más agradable , tienen buenas instalaciones de Spa y piscina y terrazas donde relajarte tomando algo mirando las maravillosas vistas a la Playa de Fenals . La cama muy buena. Pero con aspectos a mejorar: El desayuno: con poca variedad en general para un 5*, el desayuno parece más propio de un 4*, y los camareros no te informan de que pueden cocinarte una tortilla, etc, si no preguntas no te enteras, y el acceso complicado si no estás en terraza y estás en la sala contigua. El baño: el baño resulta suficiente pero pequeño. No había cepillo de dientes. Accesibilidad: En caso de personas que fueran en silla de ruedas veo una accesibilidad difícil para subir desde la entrada del hotel a la puerta principal y viceversa. Pocos detalles : Era parte de nuestra Luna de Miel y lo avisé,, pero creo que no tienen en el protocolo detalles para esa ocasión. Se limitó a una botella de cava y unos detalles típicos del baño..., pero hubiera estado bien algo más romántico. Un gran y buen hotel, pero que por estar en un enclave maravilloso y no tener competencia en su estilo, no intensifica al máximo los detalles con el cliente.
