디와네 호텔 & 스파 마라케시 후기

우리는 특히 지진 이후 처음에는 리셉션에 실망했습니다. 그러나 나중에 호텔은 쾌적해졌습니다. 특히 아지즈 수건. 수영장도 좋고, 방도 좋고, 청소 아주머니들도 멋지고, 화장실 곰팡이도 좀 더 청소해야겠습니다. 매우 기능적인 에어컨, 추천할만한 결론. 가격 대비 뛰어난 가치

고객 서비스가 매우 형편없습니다. 방에 커피와 설탕을 채워야 했는데, 채워주지 않았고, 요청했을 때 가져오는 데 영원히 걸렸습니다. 한 번은 절대 가져오지 않았습니다. 제가 나가서 커피를 사야 했습니다.

Very friendly , spacious, massive swimming pool, breakfast was poor , right next to market , massive rooms, Had a bar and spa on site

The overall experience at this hotel was quite average. The rooms were decent but nothing special, and the facilities were just standard. The front desk was disorganized, making check-in and check-out unnecessarily slow and confusing. To make matters worse, they returned less of our deposit than expected, which was frustrating. Definitely not the best experience.

Probably the worst experience I have faced in a hotel. Was given the worst room for me and my wife where we can hear constant construction works in the day time, and at night time people shouting literally front of the room. Can hear noise from reception too. There was many standard rooms available but they decided to give us one of the worst rooms. Never again!

Nice hotel, good people

Although a bit dated the hotel still as character. The location is good near many local cafes ( no alcohol) but also many restaurants that do serve a beer as do nearly all the hotel bars. It’s also 5 minutes from Starbucks if that grabs your fancy. The hotel itself as a decent enough pool and the spa service I would recommend… if you like cats you will be happy as they playfully are all about the complex as they are everywhere. The hotel food is decent. But if you want a cheaper beer smack opposite there is a great local bar at half the price and definitely a good place to relax. You can walk to medina in a straight line in 15 minutes so no need to get a taxi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Older, simple hotel. Good location at the top of Gueliz. Small pool, basic breakfast, helpful staff. Fair vfm.

The public areas are good but the room is very old and needs to renovate

Was very happy with location and service by staff the only improvement needed is cleanliness at some places, but for the price we paid it was really good.

Хороший отель с удобным расположением. Номер большой, есть холодильник и сейф, чайника и тапочек нет. Кондиционер в режиме обогрева позволяет поддерживать комфортную температуру (были зимой). Неплохой для Марокко завтрак.

Het is een 4sterren hotel. Je ziet dat dat ooit een 4 sterren hotel is geweest. Nu was het meer vergane glorie. Ik vond het zeker niet hygiënisch. Was het super slecht? Nee Maar goed was het ook niet.
