I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!

아주 깨끗하고 뷰도 정말 좋았습니다.

딸아이의 배구 토너먼트 참가차 볼티모어에 방문했는데 정말 멋진 경험이었어요. 발렛 파킹부터 프런트 데스크, 그리고 호텔에 딸린 레스토랑의 직원분들까지 모두 정말 친절하고 배려심 넘치고 유쾌했어요. 객실도 아주 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 다음에 볼티모어에 오면 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요. 인도가 온통 얼음으로 덮여 있고 기온도 영하로 떨어져서 많이 나가지는 않았지만, 근처에 식당과 다양한 먹거리가 많았고, 제가 좋아하는 홀푸드 마켓도 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔에 딸린 레스토랑에서는 저녁과 다음 날 브런치로 맛있는 프랑스식 메뉴를 제공했어요.

직원의 친절한 서비스가 너무 좋았어요

호텔은 비교적 새 것 같은 느낌이고 시설도 훌륭합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 특히 조식은 훌륭합니다. 게다가 호텔은 수족관 근처 중심부에 위치해 있어 비교적 안전합니다.

객실은 오래되었지만 상태가 좋습니다. 고객 서비스가 좋습니다.

방이 깔끔하고 환경도 아름다웠고 잠도 잘잤고 뷔페도 좋았어요

코미디 쇼와 가까운 호텔을 찾고 있었고 낮은 것을보고 같은 호텔에있었습니다. 그래서 체크인 후 저녁 식사를하고 45 분 동안 편안하게 돌아 왔습니다. 그런 다음 코미디 공장으로 계단을 내려갔습니다. 우리는 아침 식사를위한 무료 쿠폰을 가지고 있었지만 리치몬드로 돌아가는 길에 모험을 떠나기로 결정했습니다. 전반적으로 머물기에 좋은 곳은 이 호텔에서 크루즈를 위해 셔틀도 운행한다는 것을 알았습니다.

호텔은 볼티모어 지구에 위치하고 있으며 호텔 리셉션 서비스는 매우 좋습니다 👍 근처에 중식당이 있으며, 내항까지 도보로 약 30 분이 소요되며, 다양한 건축 양식을 탐색 할 수 있습니다. 기차역까지 약 30 분 미만입니다. 호텔 시설은 매우 단순하지만 호텔 숙박 가격에 합당합니다. 그러나 개인적으로 보안 조치가 좋지 않다고 생각합니다. 여성 친구 인 경우 객실 문에 보험 시설이 나쁘기 때문에 신중하게 예약하는 것이 좋습니다 (이 두 방을 바꾸는 경우).
