숙소 위치가 편리했습니다. 호텔 직원들은 모두 전문적이고 친절했습니다. 나의 주요 관심사는 호텔 방의 회전율입니다. 호텔은 방이 격일로 청소된다고 언급합니다. 숙박 기간 동안 방은 전혀 청소되지 않았으며 누군가 적어도 수건을 교체했을 수 있습니다. 또한 추운 밤에 방의 열기가 끔찍했습니다. 우리는 자주 온도 조절 장치를 높게 설정했지만 여전히 춥다고 느꼈습니다.

The staff was wonderful and I enjoyed the convenience of the location. The beds were not very comfortable and too low to the ground. Both beds in my room made a ton of noise if you moved. There was also a part missing in the tub where your supposed to turn the shower on. Breakfast was decent and I enjoyed the waffle maker. This place could be great some updates and basic upkeep.

I came into town to visit family, with plans to see an Orioles game and a concert. I intended to book a room near the stadium, but I was very pleased with the Hampton Inn Inner Harbor. When I arrived I was greeted by Jawon, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. The facilities were clean and up to date, valet staff was pleasant, and the cleaning staff seemed to be busy at all times. I was told the area near the hotel was near a club, but I didn’t experience any issues with noise or displeasing behavior. My family stayed on a holiday weekend, and there were a lot of events going on in town. There isn’t a lot to offer right around the hotel, but it was nice that the hotel was just about a 15 minute walk to both the stadium and the arena; as well as the harbor. Overall, we had a great experience.

They did a great job with breakfast, which was included. Food was fresh and hot, and great variety. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and quiet!

We came in late at night and we’re barely able to get in. There is a heavy security door and no one responded to us. The hotel is in a very sketchy part of town and looks nothing like the pictures. We had a gigantic hole in our window. The place was old and not very attractive. They charge $55 a day for valet parking which is not optional. The employees were all less than friendly and lacking in any desire to be hospitable or helpful. There was a free breakfast included. Many options to choose from. I would never stay here again. $250 we will never get back!

Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful and professional. The rooms are the most sound proof of any I have ever stayed in, which resulted in us all actually getting great sleep while there. Absolutely perfect and we will stay there again if we ever find ourselves in Baltimore again.

Beds and staff were great and so was shower. Curtains were broken and did not open and air conditioner rattled all night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Engineer and valet went out of their way when we had a flat tire on arrival helping us find a place nearby to get it fixed. Contnental breakfast was really good. Better than I expected. Yummy waffles!
