Please look for another place to stay. I can only describe this place as absolute filth in all aspect. I can't believe that the Comfort Inn's upper management do not care about this hotel operation.

Workers were not helpful, they put us in the wrong rooms, requested 2 - 2 queen rooms. Received 1 king bed and sofa bed. Would not fix, rooms were hot. All staff were rude. Pee on our seat, blue gloves left in room.

Staff on evening shift was extremely rude. To the point of being hostile. Room was on busy city street. Nosey last at night. No one got a good nights sleep. Bathroom was very small. Had a hard time turning around . Very good breakfast .

Reading other reviews of the hotel, my family went into the weekend with low expectations for the Comfort Inn and Suites. We were pleasantly surprised that it was not as bad as we feared. Yes, the building could use some work. the room and amenities were old and tired, it wasn't the cleanest or the best maintained place to stay, but it suited our needs for some rest and relaxation after long days of walking around the inner harbor. The hot breakfast on the top floor lounge was decent, the staff was friendly to us, and the location was excellent. If you go into your stay expecting the best hotel experience, you will be disappointed, but if you tempter your expectations, realizing this is not the Hilton or the Four Seasons, you may be pleasantly surprised.

When we arrived, someone had already checked us in and had taken our room. We went over 30 minutes without any real information from the staff while they sorted out how to get us another room. There were splatter marks from liquid in the elevator. The room, however, was huge and very clean, although there were bugs flying around the bathroom. The area is super convenient, very safe, and easy walk in the harbor. The room was very expensive and overall this isn’t a bad choice but I’m sure there are better for the price.

The elevators were filthy, the rugs in the hallways were dirty and worn. Our shower had hair in it when we got there. The breakfast area was filthy. The windows in the room did not seal correctly and you could hear all the noise out in the street. The door in the room did not close, the door was warped and would not shut. All around, it was a horrible experience.

Air conditioning did not cool room. No hot water in sink. Toilet very slow and clogged. Fire alarm broken. Odor in room. Overall a very unpleasant stay. Not what is advertised.
