I had a pleasant stay at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah during my visit for umrah in summer. The hotel enjoys an excellent location within the Abraj Al Bait complex and really convenient access to Masjid al-Haram and nearby amenities. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and it is really ma great choice for pilgrims visiting the holy city.

라플스 메카 팰리스에서의 잊지 못할 숙박이었습니다. 카바 전망을 감상할 수 있는 파노라마 원베드룸 스위트는 모든 기대를 뛰어넘었습니다. 성스러운 카바의 숨 막히는 전경을 바라보며 눈을 뜨는 것은 진정 평생 잊지 못할 경험이었습니다. 스위트는 넓고 고급스러웠으며 흠잡을 데 없이 관리되어 있었습니다. 서비스는 최고였고, 조식도 훌륭했으며, 마스지드 알 하람으로 바로 연결되어 있어 움라 순례를 매우 편안하게 할 수 있었습니다. 전망, 편안함, 그리고 소중한 추억을 생각하면 모든 비용이 아깝지 않았습니다. 인샤알라, 꼭 다시 이곳에 묵고 싶습니다. ❤️

훌륭한 호텔. 좋은 직원과 아침 식사. 하람과도 가깝지만 짧은 도보(5분)가 필요합니다. 우리 방에는 Sky Mussalla mashallah뿐만 아니라 놀라운 전망이있었습니다.

The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

This was my second stay at Violet Hotel and it was as good as my first trip. I honestly love this hotel for its calm, quiet, and clean environment. It is ideal for families because of all its facilities, its breakfast buffet is a perfect blend of dishes, and its location is ideal for anyone performing Umrah. It has a 24/7 shuttle service and you can also get a cab for 10-15 riyals to Haram, which takes around 5 min. The shuttle drops you at the Ajyad street from there it's a 5-7 min walk to King Abdul Aziz Gate. The return spot is the same. Cabs usually drop you right at the Abdul Aziz Gate, no walk. So it's your choice. For the prices they charge, this hotel is excellent value for money. I happily prefer it over the hotels located near Haram but are crowded and don't offer much in terms of facilities

호텔은 매우 좋습니다. 방은 괜찮습니다. 리셉션 직원은 매우 협조적입니다. 특히 Seher는 모든 과정을 매우 빠르게 정리하는 데 도움을 줍니다. 그녀는 또한 잠시 동안 짐을 보관하는 데 도움을 주었고 체크아웃을 도와주었습니다. 감사합니다.

움라에 갈 때 이 호텔에 머물러야 합니다. 많은 상점, 레스토랑, 슈퍼마켓 근처에 있으며 하람에서 600-700 미터 거리에 있습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 룸 서비스도 매우 좋습니다.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.
