Один из самых лучших отелей в Унаватуне, по завтракам я не поняла в течение трёх дней там была, есть чем сравнить с другими отелями, но территория классная , спортивный зал есть, в мае людей было очень мало в этом отеле, номер был шикарный с красивым видом

강력 추천 호텔 이번 신혼여행은 정말 환상적이었어요! 모든 순간이 따뜻하고 감동적이었고, 진심으로 칭찬받아 마땅합니다! 호텔은 세심한 배려가 돋보였습니다. 저희가 신혼여행 중이라는 것을 알고 침대 위에 나뭇잎으로 ”Happy Wedding”이라는 글자를 만들어 주셨는데, 정말 특별하고 감동적인 배려였어요. 모든 직원분들이 너무나 친절하게 맞아주시고, 항상 정중하게 인사를 건네며 양보해 주셔서 정말 좋은 분위기를 만들어 주셨습니다. 헬스장에서 운동을 하다가 어깨뼈 통증에 맞는 운동에 대해 요가 강사님께 상담을 받았는데, 강사님께서 친절하게 15분 동안 에센셜 오일을 사용한 전문 등 마사지를 무료로 해주셔서 통증이 완전히 사라졌어요. 정말 감동적인 배려였습니다! 그리고 무엇보다도, 저희 전담 버틀러인 이샨카(Ishanka)에게 감사를 전하고 싶습니다! 제가 여행하면서 만난 버틀러 중 단연 최고였습니다! 진심을 다해 친절하고 헌신적으로, 세심한 서비스를 제공해 주셨어요. 파트너의 기상 시간을 알고 있던 이샨카는 저희에게 맞춰 스노클링과 서핑 활동을 세심하게 계획해 주었고, 덕분에 여유로우면서도 효율적인 일정을 소화하며 서두르지 않고 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 가장 기억에 남는 것은 뜻밖의 사건입니다. 외식 중 파트너가 고양이에게 긁히는 사고를 당했는데, 상황이 급박했던 것입니다. 이샨카는 즉시 병원에 연락을 해 주었습니다. 폭우와 천둥이 몰아치는 와중에도 그는 저희 곁에 머물며 우산을 씌워주고 의사와 원활하게 소통했습니다. 저녁 8시부터 새벽 1시까지 저희와 함께하며 끊임없이 위로와 도움을 주었고, 광견병 예방접종도 제때 맞을 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 정말 책임감 있는 모습이었습니다. 게다가 셋째 날 예정되어 있던 바다낚시 투어는 폭풍과 강풍 예보로 인해 갑작스럽게 취소되었습니다. 실제로 그날 밤 폭풍이 몰아쳤다는 것을 확인했고, 이는 이샨카의 손님 안전에 대한 확고한 의지와 뛰어난 책임감을 보여주는 사례였습니다. 전반적으로 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 환경, 서비스, 그리고 세심한 배려 모두 최고였고, 특히 저희 전담 버틀러인 이샨카는 정말 대체 불가능할 정도였습니다. 모든 여행객에게 강력 추천합니다!

Прекрасный гостевой дом, с очень удобным расположением. Рядом и пляж, и туристическая улица, на которой расположены рестики, сувенирные и фруктовые лавки. Очень приветливая хозяйка, которая к себе сразу располагает. В номере невероятная чистота, у меня под кровать закатилась крышка от фотоаппарата, как полагается в самый далий угол, дак под кроватью ни пылиночки!!! Да, кстати, к хорошему расположению нужно добавить, что рядом находится Wine House наверное единственный на Унаватуну, поскольку видел там соотечественников, не приходивших, а приезжавших на тук-туках. В общем нам всё очень понравилось, десять из десяти, всем рекомендую

환대는 만점. 모든 스탭이 미소에 넘치고 있어, 정말 기분 좋은 체재를 할 수 있었습니다. 여기에 숙박하면 Galle을 좋아하게 됩니다. 위치도 구시가지의 한가운데. 아침 식사도 훌륭합니다.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa, so much so that I ended up extending by two extra nights. I also invited a friend along so they could experience it as a romantic getaway weekend break, and it truly was—wonderful to experience everything through a “rose-coloured lens.” While the resort is undeniably romantic, the real highlight for us was the ocean and beach itself. We were up early to frolic in the sea at sunrise, then we spent unhurried time strolling the shoreline, walking the beach and soaking up the calming atmosphere. We also loved popping over to a nearby beach lunch restaurant, then returning for more time in the sand. And it wasn’t just the scenery—there were also local puppies that made the whole experience feel even more special. We ended up playing with them, laughing, and getting thoroughly covered in sand, which made the days feel playful, personal, and unforgettable. Overall, Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa feels like a genuine romantic couples paradise—especially if you’re the kind of couple (or couple-at-heart) who wants your weekend to be all about ocean magic, slow beach days, and shared moments. 💗🌊🐾

Dining Team: Tursen (Restaurant Manager), for his multilingual skills and proactive service, and the breakfast team—Chef Lakshitha, Pamudi, Tharindu, and Kasthuri—for their excellence each morning. Housekeeping: Poojitha and Dhanuka, for their diligent attention to cleanliness and order. An excellent resort that I highly recommend. I look forward to returning!”

Hello. Me and my partner checked in on 18 of February in the hotel. Let me start with the good things. Breakfast is good. Quality of the products is good, but lack of cheese. Would be nice having at least one type. Stuff is friendly. Especially the one on the swimming pool Cons Lack of hot water. Enough for quick shower for one person.. We started to call them to fix the problem.. Could not even react to the reception!! Nobody was picking the phone before 21.00. Next day we should remind them again to check inside the room, not only outside. Unfortunately.. Problem was not fixed.. And we should be mega fast taking shower or wait long time.. Imagine if this is family of 4. First day bedsheet was dirty. Overall hotel is nice but hope they can pay more attention on managing it better. Also not so important, but I guess because of the wet weather. See the pics belpw

조식과 저녁 뷔페가 정말 훌륭했습니다. 마살라 차를 주문했는데, 인도인 셰프 발비르 싱이 완벽하게 만들어주셨어요. 객실도 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었어요. 특히 자야루와 넬카가 저희를 잘 챙겨주셨습니다. 저희는 결혼 10주년을 기념했는데, 호텔 덕분에 더욱 특별한 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 투숙객을 위한 선베드와 파라솔이 부족하다는 것입니다. 나무 그늘 아래에서 시간을 보내느라 항상 불편했어요. 5성급 호텔이라면 모든 예약 내역을 가지고 있을 텐데, 투숙객을 위한 편의 시설을 마련해 줘야 하지 않을까요?

離海邊很近，前一天到酒店很晚了大概九點多了，就直接入睡了，早上起來看到蔚藍的天空和大海特別美，心情特別好。酒店裡麪好像很多俄羅斯人，餐廳裏還特意放了俄語菜單。最愛的是清晨的泳池，包場了，隨便游泳，最深處大概有兩米，太讚了。早餐也很贊，除了當地咖喱之外的我都可以接受，木瓜非常甜。下次一定要多住兩天。

The room itself is adequate. The air-con was strong and the shower was good. When I arrived, there was no one there. I opened the gate and walked in. I called the number to the property and the person who answered arrived shortly thereafter. He said no one was there because of the New Year holiday. He showed me to my room. I asked for one in the back, but he said he was having a party and that might be too much for me. After I got settled into a clean room in the front facing the traffic, there was no towel or soap. Late at night after I was asleep, I was startled by someone who began banging on my door and turning the knob several times to get in. I yelled at that person and told him to stop. It did stop and afterward, I felt completely unsafe. I got up to put my heavy suitcase at the door to prevent the intruder from coming in. The staff person had said to me that he was having a party, but then said it was cancelled. There were several men at the property when I returned in the evening. I'm not sure who the perpetrator was maybe it was one of them. There is no peep hole and the windows are frosted. I felt completely vulnerable. I didn't even think to call the staff person because I was frightened and sleepy. My advice is to be cautious if you stay here.
