이 호텔을 충분히 추천할 수 없습니다. 훌륭한 시설, 사랑스러운 객실. 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원. 꼭 다시 올 것입니다.

Friendly service by everyone we met. Ladies on reception took special care of my 2 year old when we entered and gave her an Easter colouring activity whilst we checked in. Rooms are basic but ok. Bed is huge and very comfy. Air con doesn't circulate very well at all, under it, freezing, in the bed I'm boiling. Also what's the deal with no fridge in the room? Restaurant is ok, bit over priced for what it is really and it was a sunny day and so, so so hot.its only April and I was sweating! Could do with some air con or circulating air in there. Nice location though, if your a cricket fan you'll love it and opposite a golf course so nice view that side too. Have stayed before and will again

나는 최근에 Southampton의 Elizabeth House Hotel에 머물렀고 매우 즐거운 경험을했습니다. 건물은 따뜻하고 환영하는 분위기를 제공하는 잘 관리된 인테리어와 매력적이고 전통적인 느낌을 가지고 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심하며 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 이는 전반적인 경험에 정말 추가되었습니다. 우리 방은 넓고 깨끗하며 모든 필수 편의 시설을 갖추고 멋지게 꾸며져 있습니다. 침대는 편안했고 우리는 매일 밤 잘 잤습니다. 아침 식사는 갓 요리하고 미소로 제공되는 또 다른 하이라이트 –이었습니다. 온수와 차가운 옵션이 다양했고 모든 것이 맛이 좋았습니다. 위치는 편리합니다 – 시내 중심가와 크루즈 터미널에서 차로 가까운 거리에 있으며, 구내에 무료 주차장이있어 큰 보너스였습니다. 내가 별 5개 대신 별 4개를 주는 유일한 이유는 장식의 일부가 약간의 현대화를 사용할 수 있고 우리 방의 욕실이 약간 구식이기 때문입니다. 그러나 모든 것이 잘 작동했으며 전반적인 경험에서 크게 손상되지 않았습니다. 사우샘프턴에서 친절하고 편안하며 합리적인 가격의 숙소를 찾는 사람에게 Elizabeth House Hotel을 추천합니다!

호텔은 쇼핑 지역과 매우 가까운 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. IKEA까지 도보 거리. 패밀리룸에는 아이들을 위한 2층 침대가 있어 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 방, 멋진 침대가 없는 호텔 방.

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds. Feels like you're well outside Southampton but are only 15 mins away. (Daughter in Uni there) Room was nice, we had exec but this isn't worth it to me. It only gives you a better coffee machine and we weren't in the room enough to use it. Save the £20. No lifts so cases up to the third floor was a bit of a pain. If you're waiting for a ferry and have lots of cases then this could be an issue. We saw a few people struggle with this. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. We didn't eat there in the evening, burgers and chips sort of menu but the nearby pub, Chilworth Arms was really good. The pool is great, small (16m) but very nice with jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Towels provided. Staff very friendly. Pool surrounding has quite slippery tiles though. Leisure facility is a bit away from the hotel, only 300 hundred meters from the hotel front but enough to need an umbrella if raining. All in all, a good value pleasant hotel. Much cheaper than Leonardo's in Soton and still close to Uni etc.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location and it is a very beautiful building. The room was clean and pleasant, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Through Trip I thought I had booked one room up from the smallest option, but alas turns out I had not! The bed was also advertised as a standard double, it definitely is not in the smaller rooms, it is a small double, and this made sleeping for two a little uncomfortable. The room was also very hot even though we turned the radiator off and had the window open all night but I think this is just due to it being an older building, heat rises etc. The pool room really needs TLC. It is very overlooked and we felt really lets the hotel down. It's shame as it's a lovely space - even a quick lick of paint would bring it back to life if money doesn't allow for larger maintenance. Staff were all very friendly, especially the two we were served by in the restaurant for dinner. The food was okay but a little over priced but the service made up for that. All in all for a quick overnight stop it was fine.
