방과 환경은 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 약간 간단했습니다.

서비스 태도는 0이고 아무것도 모릅니다.

一家汽車旅館，位置比較偏，如果自己開車還算方便，其他交通方式就算了，前不着村後不着店周邊除了加油站沒有別的配套，沒有前台，全自助式服務。由於行程變動想提前幾天退房，結果協商了很久不可取消。樓下的意大利餐廳還不錯。

環境很不錯

기대 이상으로 정말 사랑스러운 호텔입니다. 방은 크고 깨끗했습니다. 특히 간이 주방이 있어서 유용했고, 요청 시 냄비, 프라이팬, 수저 등이 제공되었습니다. Shirete는 놀랍고 환영받는 리셉션 직원이었고 믿을 수 없을 정도로 도움이 되었습니다. 어떤 요청도 너무 과하지 않았습니다. 이 호텔은 루체른, 취리히, 인터라켄을 방문하려는 경우에도 훌륭한 위치에 위치해 있습니다. 또한 리기산(Mt Rigi)의 전망을 감상할 수 있는 환상적인 위치입니다. 향후 스위스 중부 방문을 위해 꼭 다시 이곳에 머물고 싶습니다.

모든 곳에서 매우 좋은 전망과 매우 좋은 위치. 객실은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃은 매우 간단했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 조만간 다시 방문할 예정입니다. 불만이 없습니다.

리셉션에서 좋은 환영을 받았습니다. 현대적이고 세련된 시설을 갖춘 객실로 예상보다 객실 크기가 더 큽니다. 완벽한 숙박. 집 앞 무료 주차. 같은 건물 지하에 있는 매우 멋진 레스토랑에서 좋은 아침 식사를 제공합니다.

깨끗하고 현대적이며 멋진 전망과 조용한 주변 호수를 갖추고 있으며 차로 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 나는 호텔에서 쓰레기 핀을 방 안에 두는 것을 권장합니다. 또한 더 넓고 편안한 침대가 필요합니다. 더 넓고 높은 침대 커버. 고마워

루체른 같은 관광지에 살고 싶지 않다면 머물기 좋은 숙소입니다. 좋은 위치, 훌륭한 전망, 슈퍼마켓 및 일부 음식점과 가깝습니다. 온도가 25~27C 사이였기 때문에 바닥의 에어컨에 문제가 있었습니다.

We absolutely loved staying in this hotel. I booked it thinking it was in a more touristy area and was sort of shocked to see it was just a hotel on the side of the road next to a car shop and a gas station. But it worked out so well and honestly I’m glad I didn’t do more research because I’m not sure I would have booked it if I had known that it’s not your typical European tourist hotel, and it was our favorite hotel in the whole trip . It was really nice to stay in a more spacious place, and eating breakfast and dinner at this hotel (easy to do because we had a kitchenette) saved us a lot of money. The grocery store is about a three minute walk away. Public transportation was easy to navigate with Apple Maps and of course since it’s Switzerland even walking to a train station gives you incredible views. It’s like you’re walking in a post card. I wouldn’t recommend hauling your luggage here via public transport, but you can just get an uber or taxi to and from the closest train station when you’ve got all your luggage. Truly, this hotel was a fantastic base for a few days for traveling around the Lucerne area despite it not being on main train lines. For instance, with the Swiss travel pass you can take a bus from the hotel to Kussnacht am Rigi, and then get a ferry from Kussnacht to various places along Lake Lucerne. I am so glad I happened to get this place instead of a more cramped, more expensive, and kitchenette-free place in Lucerne proper. Oh, and the rooms were immaculate and the service was great. It was kind of weird to not have someone check us in, but check in with the machine was very straightforward, so we didn’t even need to make use of reception. When we did interact with employees they were very kind.

The hotel is very clean and modern inside and is ideally suited to visit the surrounding area. There is ample free parking and a restaurant on the ground floor where you can have dinner and breakfast. The check in process was very quick and check out was self service via a machine. Though it is located behind a petrol forecourt, it is surrounded by countryside and very close to nearby towns. Highly recommend as a clean, modern hotel within a great location to explore.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Küssnacht an einer recht befahrenen Straße, leider gibt es keine Räder zur Fahrt in den Ort zu mieten. Check in ist definitiv erst ab 15.00 Uhr möglich und erlaubt. Wer früher ankommt muss am verlassen wirkenden Hotel warten, denn auch telefonisch ist keine Rezeption erreichbar. Die benachbarte Tankstelle mit Shop ist derzeit geschlossen. Unser Zimmer (King) war ok und der Blick auf die Rigi und die Weiden schön. Allerdings habe ich noch nie ein Zimmer betreten, das so stark nach Knoblauch gerochen hat! Warum das Zimmerpersonal hier keine Abhilfe schaffen konnte, war mir ein Rätsel. Die Kissen waren extrem warm und unbequem. Das Bad mit großem Fenster war tip-top. Leider gab es keinen Tresor, die Kitchenette war dürftigst bestückt. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war OK und preislich vertretbar. Das Personal bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag eine große Enttäuschung. Musik wie in einer Disco und als Bedienung ein junger Mann, der kein Deutsch verstand. Eiergerichte wurden mit 3 CHF pro Ei berechnet, nur zwei Warmgetränke im Frühstückspreis inbegriffen, jedes weitere 5 CHF! Das finde ich absolut überzogen, zumal es kaum Service gab. Einzig positiv hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionistin!
