'호텔은 구시 가지의 가장자리에 있으며 꽤 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 출장에는 괜찮습니다. 시내의 다른 4 성급 호텔에 비해 방이 더 커서 마음에 듭니다. '

'Location is perfect. Really nice place just next to old town and town was pretty. Hotel building can feel the history. Air conditioning working well. Room was clean and people is nice with delicious breakfast buffet. From 7:00am - 10:00am. And check out time is wonderful till 12:00pm. But 1 thing, wifi connection is not good. This is hurting point. Hope can be improved next time :)'

'5성급 호텔인 만큼 매우 청결합니다. 메인카운트의 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 아쉽게도 바쁜일정 때문에 호텔내 식사를 이용하지 못했는데, 매우 후회됩니다. 내부 정원과 식당을 꼭 이용하세요. 시설은 어디서 사진을 찍어도 매우 이쁘게 사진이 찍힙니다. 연인과 함께 하는걸 추천드립니다.'

'Best location! ….walking distance of 10minutes to reach restaurants, pick up for tours, shopping mall, east west north south. Room was super clean, comfortable and good size. Restaurant at hotel is good. Extended out stay for two more nights.'

'We just stayed 8 nights in Polish 5 star hotels, including 4 nights at this hotel. Polish 5 star properties would probably be 4-4.5 star in Western Europe. This hotel is smack in the middle of an extremely touristy area. We didn’t like it at all but other people might actually prefer it. The first hotel I encountered that had no umbrellas and it rained for two days. Overall we would not stay here again if we were to go to Krakow again.'

'쾌적한 스파 공간, 물류의 역전, 폭포와 같은 명소가 있는 대형 수영장. 여러 사람을 위한 자쿠지가 있습니다. 불행히도 6개의 침대와 전망이 유리문이 있는 사우나만 있습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 카드와 뷔페 (스시조차도)에서 다양한 요리가 제공됩니다. 아침 식사를 위해 올 가치가 있습니다. 각 출구가 22도로 리셋된 후 방의 에어컨은 약간 너무 춥습니다.'

'Wonderful location, within minutes to Wawel Castle and the river. Easy for taxis to drop off and pick up as well. The breakfast is the best! Professional and polite staff, always ready with a smile and a warm heart. Highlight of Polish hospitality!'

'A little walk from the station, the hotel is located smack center at the entrance of the Old Town. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully room was decorated (later learnt that it models after artefacts in the museum next door!). I also strongly recommend the breakfast here. Genuinely some of the best I’ve had, every bite just a bomb of flavour. Dinner was great too! Moreover, for a seemingly old hotel what genuinely surprised me was the lack of mould or dust even in the deepest corners of the room. I would also like to mention that I had some issue with the hotel facility on the last day of stay. Although I was rather impatient of fear that the hotel will not come back with a solution at all, they were very polite and accommodating throughout the ordeal.'

'우리는 여기에 놀라운 체류를했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 현대적이었습니다. 침대는 가장 편안했고 호텔의 위치는 메인 광장에서 10 – 15 분입니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮 았지만 (단지 유럽식) 전반적으로 장소는 조용하고 아늑하기 때문에 커플에게 완벽합니다. 훌륭한 숙박 감사합니다 '

'방은 크고 깨끗하지만 주방기구는 매우 간단하고 냄비가 작고 2인분만 면을 삶을 수 있습니다. 4시가 넘어서도 카운터에 사람이 없어서 그냥 전화해서 비밀번호를 물어야 게이트에 들어갈 수 있었다. 아래층에는 멋진 커피 디저트 가게가 있고 아이스크림은 맛있습니다! 주말 체크인이라 그날 밤 길가에 주차할 곳을 찾는 차량은 무료입니다.'
