B&B 호텔 크라쿠프 센트룸(B&B HOTEL Krakow Centrum)

It was in a good location. The airport bus stop was across the road as was a good tram stop to the centre. It was also walkable (for me) from the train & bus station. The hotel was very clean. I liked the keycode to enter the room which worked 100% of the time. Excellent shower. Very close by was a mini supermarket. The wi-fi connection was very good except for a short period of time.

The hotel is located over the bridge from the Old Town - about 15 min walking. Breakfast was not included but you could buy it for about $12. I can not say - there is huge varieties of food there, but you will not be hungry. The room looks pretty spacious on the first site, but bathroom is really small and there was not enough towels. There is no safe in the room. About the bed: mattress was too firm for us and there were just two tiny pillows. Overall the property is really clean.

The hotel is beside the river and both the bus stop and tram stop, so this is convenient. Unfortunately there are not very many cafes or restaurants in this area and the hotel only serves breakfast, so this was not convenient. I did find one very good pizza restaurant near the hotel, that is about a 5 minute walk and there is also a French and an Italian restaurant also probably 5 - 10 minutes away, but I did not have time to try them. The hotel also does not provide slippers, so you will need to bring your own and the rooms are kind of small, there is however an electric tea/coffee pot with complimentary packets of coffee and tea and you can purchase basics in the lobby, there is also a Zabka shop across the street if you want to a better selection of products for purchase.

Its good value for money. The standard is comparable to a 3 star hotel. Location is convenient. Curtains that Block out the light would be good for sleeping in. First few nights I got the place for about 50€. That was nice. When I wanted to extended the price went up to 70€. The place is definitly not worth that

there was NO INFORMATION BEFORE payment about check-in time. i needed to check-in at 4am but after payment i've got the information that check-in starts only from 2pm. so of course there is no refund and of course they didn't answer on my email and on my request for refund

Air conditioning is disabled in early October.

The room ok, it would be nice if a small fridge to keep water/milk. 5min walk to castle, around 20/25 to main square however the best thing about this hotel is it on bus route to airport #300 27mins £1.20. Tram to square #18 7mins £.75p or bus near #124 £.75p. A few takeaway places nearby but most restaurants a 10min walk over the bridge to north or east. I got the breakfast once it was a waste of time not much selection not hotels falt mainly guests being greedy taking more than they could eat and dumping food leaving not much for people behind.
