Great week vacation. Visited Krakow for a week vacation with another family. Beautiful hotel amazing views from the rooms. Rooms very clean with very nice design. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

A review based only on a Spa experience. After a previous visit to Hotel Copernicus last year, we decided to return for a Spa day. The hotel is expertly renovated and stunning inside, boasting a modern interior whilst maintaining the charm of the historical building. The lobby is extremely charming. The hotel itself has 29 rooms and is in high demand, and it’s obviously to see why. The location is perfect with the castle just a minutes walk away. The main square is also easily accessible, about 5-8 minutes walk down the Main Street which is bustling with shops, attractions, and museums. Now, about the spa. This is located in the cellar of the hotel and is once again, finished to an extremely high standard. The cellars are accessible via both stairs and an elevator. The spa is not large by any means, and the low vaulted ceilings provide a very cosy and intimate environment. Your first view is a crystal clear-blue pool, which reflects the light across the ceiling and walls creating a mesmerising dance of the light. To the right is a small check-in desk and immediately behind this is a quaint changing area furnished with lockers, a sink area, and shower. The spa is affiliated with L’Occitane and so all the products are branded as such. As expected, these products are top-shelf and smell incredible. In the lockers, bath robes and slippers are provided, and towels are liberally placed around the spa for your convenience. As a male with size 11 feet, I stood no chance squeezing my spade-like feet into the dainty slippers. I asked for a bigger pair and was provided with an identical, one-size-fits-most pair. Needless to say, I was also unable to wear these but I am used to this so bought my own sliders for the occasion. Next, into the relaxation chamber. Two large reclining beds are located here, on the floor. Very comfy and relaxing environment. Many candles (electric imitations) are present and the atmosphere was so calm I lay down and had the most amazing Power Nap. Free water (bottled) is provided. There is also another shower with an assortment of yet more L’Occitane products. A small sauna in the corner was set to 99° Celsius - and certainly felt it. I managed to endure 10 minutes, but would struggle to stay longer due to the heat. The pool itself is relatively small, but the atmosphere is unparalleled. And due to the need to book a treatment to access the spa, was deserted. The pool itself is amazing, and although heated, is at body temperature. The real star of the show was the treatments. My partner and I both booked facial treatments. 60 minutes for approximately £70. Not exactly cheap by Kraków standards, but this was by far the most amazing experience. The smell of lavender and other essential oils was incredible. The masseur was equally brilliant and I left feeling the most relaxed and stress-free I have been in years. The Bachleda is truely an amazing and special 5 star hotel. Our four night stay was perfect in every way. Every member of team Bachleda provided an exceptional service. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was fabulous. Everything about Bacleda was high quality. Our room was gorgeous with lovely linen, towels, fixtures/fittings and furniture. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow menu. Thank you Bachleda for making our stay so wonderful.

방이 크고 상자를 놓을 곳이 있지만 침대는 크지 않고 구시가지와 기차역에서 멀지 않은 가운데 아마도 중간에 있을 것입니다. 호텔에는 음악 학교가 있고 피아노를 연습하고 아름다운 음악을 나눠주는 대학 학생들이 항상 있습니다. 방에 에어컨이 고장 났는지, 너무 시원하지 않고, 집이 꽤 썰물인지, 다른 하나는 괜찮습니다. 아침 식사가 있지만 다양성은 많이 먹을 수 없습니다.

The room was very cosy & comfortable. The bed was amazing. Some really nice little touches....complimentary earbuds,cotton pads,emery board,toothbrushes & toothpaste etc in bathroom. Toiletries were pleasant. Tea/ coffee in room. mini bar reasonably priced. Staff very pleasant. Very nice coffee & hot choc available in reception,even though we had to walk quite a ways from our room to get. We were able to easily access Netflix via Chromecast on the TV....another nice touch. Breakfast was included at the Hala forum,a short walk...& we were very impressed with the food court. The only negative is the stairs up to the bed platform were a little tricky but wouldn't put me off booking here again, We will definitely be back.😁

나는 남편과 함께 8 월에 2 박 동안 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 나는 약 2pm에 일찍 도착했고 좋은 안내 원의 대우를 받았습니다. 그녀는 전망실이나 이웃을 향한 조용한 방을 제공했습니다. 체크인은 스위프트였습니다. 아침 식사가 어디에 있는지, 시간 및 레스토랑 / 바도 설명했습니다. 체크인이 한 시간 더 아니더라도 우리는 우리 방으로 들여갔습니다! 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 방은 훌륭한 크기이며 매우 깨끗합니다! 침대는 매우 편안했고, 우리가보기 방을 가지고 있었지만 거의 어떤 도로 교통을들을 수 없었다. 아침 식사는 lovely했다! 우리는 이틀 동안 7.30am을 돌았고 많은 음식이었습니다. 그래서 많은 다른 옵션과 요리사는 항상 무엇을 탑핑해야하는지 확인했습니다. 너 자신의 와플을 만들 수 있고 신선한 오믈렛을 만드는 요리사였습니다. 호텔은 Wawel Castle에서 약 5/10 분 거리에 있으며, Krakow Eye에서 길 건너편에 있으며 Old Town에서 도보로 약 20 분 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 그것이 매우 합리적인 지역에 있고 너무 멀지 않은 곳에 있다고 생각했습니다. 우리는 우리가 거기에 있었던 3일 동안 구시가지까지 걸어갔다. 걷기를 원하지 않는다면 Uber는 매우 저렴합니다. 이 호텔을 적극 추천하고 확실히 돌아올 것입니다. 내가 가진 유일한 부정적인 점은 우리 방이 청소 찬장이라고 믿는 것과 반대였다는 것입니다. 그래서 이른 아침 6시경에 문에서 끊임없이 두드리는 / 청소 트롤리를 꺼내고있었습니다.

훌륭한 위치 직원은 훌륭하게 친절했지만 아침 식사를 주문하려고 할 때 수란이 무엇인지 아무도 모르는 것처럼 보였습니다. 객실은 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 넓습니다. 나쁜 포인트 에어컨은 매우 크고 시끄럽고 올해 이맘때 찬 공기를 밀지 않습니다. 방은 매우 더웠습니다. 큰 샤워이지만 수압이 낮습니다. 아주 오래된 TV에는 국가 프로그램(전화/장치에서)을 볼 수 있는 캐스팅이 없으므로 폴란드 TV만 사용할 수 있습니다. 돈을 위해 전반적으로 좋은 가치.
