사랑스러운 호텔! 매우 고급스럽고 분위기 있는 인테리어. 나는 여왕이 된 기분이었다. 좋은 서비스, 항상 도울 준비가 되어 있습니다. 나는 돌아올 때까지 기다릴 수 없어 :)

This is a truly luxurious hotel with huge rooms, comfortable beds, fabulous art work on the walls and outstanding staff. This is the nicest hotel room I have ever had in Europe. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathtub is large in the very fancy bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good. The bar in the basement is really beautiful and they have a decent wine list. I enjoyed staying here very much. This is everything a five star resort should be

The Bachleda is truely an amazing and special 5 star hotel. Our four night stay was perfect in every way. Every member of team Bachleda provided an exceptional service. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was fabulous. Everything about Bacleda was high quality. Our room was gorgeous with lovely linen, towels, fixtures/fittings and furniture. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow menu. Thank you Bachleda for making our stay so wonderful.

Simply out of this world, from arrival to departure. We stayed here before Christmas to celebrate my wife's birthday having just celebrated my 70th 10 days earlier. Fantastic location and Krakow in December with the Christmas Market within walking distance as are many well priced restaurants was just simply a delight. The reception staff were so helpful and gave me a booklet to do a number of self guided tours around the various districts of Krakow, including the old Ghetto and Schindler's workshop. Fascinating, humbling and yet horrific memories. But onto nicer things : The downstairs pool is a wonderful experience as is breakfast every morning. I cannot think of any reason not to recommend this boutique hotel jewel as the hotel of choice for staying in Krakow. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful and memorable experience.

A sensational hotel, deservedly claiming to be 5 star. The building itself is decorated to a very high standard. The staff are all most welcoming and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent fine dining and the bar in the basement is extremely atmospheric. We will definitely return later in the year - so much left to see and do in Krakow.

First trip to Poland. I booked this hotel directly after seeing it on live holidays and was a but cheaper. The hotel is quite swish and yes its a 5star. The staff were very helpful and we were welcomed with some bubbly on arrival. The bedroom was quite lovely and the bed enormous. Our room overlooked the vistula river though we didn't realise at first. Very close to Wawel Castle, old town and kazimieriz. I'm surprised at the criticism of this hotel because from my experience it really didn't deserve it. There is a wellness suite and a gentlemen lounge/bar though we didn't use either. nespresso in the room, well stocked mini bar and a bottle of red wine. Bathroom had underfloor heating and floor lights so you could find your way in without waking your partner. I loved it here and would happily return. Loved krakow great place.

If you want pure luxury, then this is the hotel to choose. Every bit of décor in the hotel was exquisite. The room was superb, with a very comfortable large bed. The breakfast was good with a wide choice, in a wonderfully appointed restaurant, which made it even more special. The only point to be aware of is that due to road works in the vicinity, we very nearly missed our plane on departure, despite leaving three and a half hours before. The hotel staff need to make people aware of this well in advance. Overall this hotel is highly recommended.

This is not your typical review. Much must be revealed about our experience. We have never been anywhere in the world where the entire staff made every day very special. If you are inclined to make friends with a hotel staff this is the place with open arms. The hotel was magnificent along with accommodations, the Gavi Restaurant should qualify for a Michelin Star, so should the bedding and pillows,but again, it was the staff that truly made our stay. These are our friends; the receptionists are Zofia,Weronika Natalie,Ilona,Rafal,Michal. The bellboys are Michal,Dominik,Wojciech,Jakob,Max Breakfast staff,Claudia,Gabrysia,Joanna The extraordinary Gavi restaurant Staff includes Krzysztof,Manu and the Third level Sommelier Mateusz. Yes they have the Wine Spectator Award for excellence the last three years. If you wish for the ultimate in enjoyment and relaxation Bachleda Luxury Hotel is the place. Plus you get to meet the fantastic Martha who put together such wonderful people. We hope to experience this joy again. Mark and Gail Aylward
