Old hotel. The amenities are ok. TV remote not working despite change of batteries. The lift card is supposed to be secured to your accomodation but one can access all levels without using the key card to gain access. So is it secured?

Air con is a bit noisy, no slipper provided and hair dryer is only provided by request and deposit.

Great hotel,big room, convenient, spacious, comfortable.its like too good to be true.

Overall, it’s a great value for the price, especially for travelers who need a convenient location close to the bus terminal. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Bigger room compare to other hotel nearby but no tooth brush provided

Very old hotel. Although big room but still very bad facilities. Staying in room 1118. The bed is made from leftover plywood and timbervfrom construction site. No water heater. Television is not working. Aircond is leaking. Floor is wet. I hope other rooms are not the same.

i love this hotel services, especially the friendly staff at registration.

1) Stinky towels 2) There is noise disturbance from other occupants (early morning, 4.50 a.m.)—possibly drunk. 3) Blankets and sheets are not changed (there are blood stains, possibly mosquito blood).

The room is big. Looks like a rundown hotel. But the service is good.

The location is good , but the room does not provide hair dryer

Good location, near bus terminal

- spacious room - hot water available always - didnt have hair dryer - tv channel always stuck and pop up ‘check cable and……..’ but cable always in good condition - friendly staff - iron and ironing board need to pick at reception Overall is satisfied stay, im happy with my stay at this hotel 👍🏻

Great staff. Clean and tidy. Location is great. Spacious room.
