Both rooms have a King bed with large smart tv and peaked ceilings. There is a guest bath between the bedrooms with tub/shower combo. The bonus room on the lower level has a queen sleeper sofa, a twin bunk bed for kids with a 300 lb limit and its own guest bath, ceiling fan and smart tv. Additional Amenities:The laundry room is on the lower level and 2 car garage with kayak and beach gear. The screened in porch is off of the kitchen and dining area with outdoor table and chairs to dine outside, grill and seating to read and relax. The top floor has a deck off of both bedrooms with seating and views of the sound. Enjoy peace and quiet and sunset views! The back yard is fully fenced in and can be accessed from the back porches, the driveway gate and from the garage access door. The hot tub, which is brand new and seats 7 ,and outdoor shower are also located down in the back yard area for privacy! * The hot tub gets serviced weekly in the mornings Mondays and Fridays. The Beach:The beach walk is super easy as once you get to the top of the driveway you go over to the right to the first street and straight down 2 blocks to the public beach access, The walk is about 5-6 min comfortably. The shops, grocery store and restaurants and more:The shops and restaurants are all within a 3-5 min drive down the street. Super convenient for anything you may need, both Publix and Food Lion are in the same plaza along with ABC liquor, the book store, the pizza shop and coffee shop.
