Kati 호텔

I stayed with the agency utravel, in the week of Christmas and New Year. The location is very clean, with great facilities (beach towels, disinfestation rooms and preparation for the night, entertainment..). The meals are very good, despite the tastes are different from the Italian ones. I did not give five stars for two reasons: 1. Absence of the sea. Unfortunately, the resort is located where the sea is absent throughout the day. This forces you to make continuous excursions. 2. The electricity and water were cut off from time to time. At night we had trouble sleeping because the air conditioning was not working. In addition we were totally in the dark and without water.

Nossa hospedagem no Le Mersenne foi espetacular! A começar pelo horário em que chegamos: 4 AM e fomos recebidos não apenas com cordialidade, masacima de tudo com muito carinho pela funcionária da recepção que foi breve nas explanações sobre o hotel, atenta ao nosso cansaço. Chegando no quarto, tuo estava impecável. Ar condicionado ligado e frigobar abastecido. Os quartos são muito bem decorados e com estrutura completa: cama king, 2 cubas, banheira, cafeteira, chaleira, amenities de primeiríssima qualidade, roupas de cama macias, excelentes travesseiros, excelente chuveiro, sacada, armário espaçoso, bancada de trabalho e uma varanda deliciosa. Além disso, o atendimento é impecável. Funcionários simpáticos, dedicados, sempre atentos, rápidos, dispostos ajudar e adoram conversar. Destaque para o chef indiano do restaurante La Mer, que no café da manhã veio até nossa mesa saber se estava tudo bem e se precisávamos de mais alguma coisa, e comentei que eu gostava muito de ovos mexidos com queijo de cabra (item este que não tinha no café). Ele não só trouxe o queijo para acompanhar meus ovos mexidos, como trouxe uma peça enorme de queijo de cabra em uma embalagem para eu levar para aperitivar no quarto. So Lovely! Comida excelente! Boa carta de vinhos! Room service muito rápido. Limpeza impecável. Ambientes estilosos. A água do frigobar é cortesia e deixam em grande quantidade, o que é uma raridade em hotéis. Ganharam mil pontos comigo neste sentido! O gerente do hotel, Michael é um gentleman. Comentei que eu era agente de viagens e ele prontamente nos levou para conhecer os bangalos over water e também me ajudou a pontuar a estadia no programa de fidelidade da rede. A piscina de borda infinita para o mar é um deleite. À noite tem dj no bar e jantares maravilhosos no rooftop com preços mais maravilhosos ainda. Comemos um camarão gigante (que mais parecia uma lagosta) com buffet de salada e acompanhamentos por USD 10. O café da manhã é de cinema, com opções para todos os gostos e estilos alimentares. Um resort enxuto, lindo e funcional. O único ponto negativo é que não possui faixa de areia. Mas Zanzibar é para passear, o que não interferiu em nada na qualidade de nossa hospedagem. Voltaria mil vezes! Nota 11 !!!!

Globalement d'accord avec les plus et moins de l'avis précédent, mais je trouve la note trop sévère... La piscine mériterait un peu plus d'entretien, c'est vrai. Les cocktails sont bien tassés, mais on en a pour son argent. L'attente au restaurant est très longue, mais c'est une constante à Zanzibar. La viande est coriace... Mais le cadre est magnifique. Et surtout, le personnel est vraiment sympa et mérite un 4/5

We stayed here for 11 nights in November. The food was OK – nothing to write home about but adequate - corporate canteen quality – vegetable soup was on the menu far too often and they really needed to open another egg station at breakfast, queue was horrendous sometimes (not sure why they can’t use the grill). There was no logic to the breakfast display – as an example the pancakes were nowhere near the honey! It was nice to have complimentary juice/water at all meals. You are only allowed one pool towel a day (first resort I have ever stayed at with this rule), so you have to take your soggy, wet towel to lunch with you so you can use it in the afternoon – I think they have issues with their laundry, one day there were no towels in our room, and when I contacted reception they said there had been a problem with the laundry and housekeeping would bring us one – which they didn’t! Eventually we collected two pool towels from reception, who were very reluctant to give them to us – were we not supposed to shower for 24 hours? Housekeeping in general was not great, the teaspoon I used to stir my coffee wasn’t washed on any day (I rinsed it out in the afternoon when I realized it hadn’t been washed), no idea what the complimentary toiletries in the shower were because the bottles had no labels (they had been filled so often the writing was obscure), and the housekeeper looking after our room had no idea what they were either (I asked her), so not sure what she would have filled them up with. This is a beach resort so it would be nice if the bathroom, or patio, had some sort of washing line to dry swimming costumes etc. The all-inclusive cocktail menu was not great, very limited selection – however it was nice to have wine by the glass, from a bottle, not a box. There is no table or poolside service, all drinks must be collected from the bar. I knew there was going to be no Wi-Fi in the room, I believe it’s something the resort should look at, if you are trying to keep in contact with your office, or check in for flights, or download books on your kindle etc. at odd hours, it’s not always convenient to go to a public area. TV reception was good (I only tuned into the news, so no idea what other channels are available), but the TV is placed in such a way that you cannot see it from the bed (see picture). It needs to be fixed higher on the wall. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

훌륭한 직원, 깨끗한 호텔, 침대는 매우 편안했고 Wi-Fi 연결은 괜찮 았고 아침 뷔페는 좋았습니다. 나는 채식주의자이므로 레스토랑 메뉴에서 다양한 채식 요리를 먹었습니다. 전반적으로 나는 호텔에서의 체류를 즐겼습니다.

이 리조트에서의 탁월한 숙박. 우리는 지난 2주 동안 섬을 여행했으며 이것은 우리 여행의 멋진 결말이었습니다. 우리는 직원들의 친절함을 좋아했고 음식은 좋았습니다. 우리가 다른 리조트의 뷔페에 지쳤을 때 저녁 식사를 위한 상쾌한 세트 메뉴. 객실의 침대는 매우 편안합니다. 원숭이의 아침 방문은 매우 좋았습니다. 객실은 숲으로 둘러싸여 있어 투숙객에게 프라이버시를 제공합니다. 유일한 부정적인 점은 다른 활동과 거리가 멀고 택시가 매우 비싸다는 것입니다. 썰물 때는 수영할 물이 없습니다. 좋은 숙박이었습니다.

멋진 설정, 멋진 직원 및 훌륭한 음식. 우리는 여기에 머무르는 것을 정말로 즐겼고 다른 사람들에게 추천할 것입니다. 썰물 때 호텔에서 걸어가는 것이 하이라이트였으며 복어와 상자 물고기, 사자 물고기도 보았습니다. 그러나 암초 신발이 필요합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 잘 배치되었으며 중앙의 작은 수영장은 매력적이고 재미있었습니다. 모두가 우리를 환영했습니다. 경고의 단어이며 아마도 잔지바르의 대부분의 장소에 적용될 것입니다. 우리가 호텔에서 먹거나 술을 마셨을 때 모든 것이 탄자니아 실링에서 우리에게 제공되었지만 카드로 지불하려면 달러로 지불해야했고 환율은 매우 열악했습니다. 게다가 은행은 5 %를 추가했습니다! 그래서 나쁜 맛을 남깁니다! 돈과 돈이 많이 있다는 경고를 받으세요.
