The beach and sea views are spectacular with mountains in the background.Sea Cottage is a fully renovated historical thatched house with thick stone walls and Oregon Pine floors.The patio is enormous and is ideal for entertaining friends while enjoying the views.It has a modern kitchen with new appliances including washing machine and dish washer.The house is accessed from Hillside Road above, but there is also a private staircase down to the Simonstown Main Road below, for easy walking access to the beach.The house is ideal for a seaside holiday and is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and transport systems.There is excellent, safe swimming at Fish Hoek beach, plenty of options for walking and hikers may explore the Elsiespeak mountain above the house.Others may prefer to relax on the patio, watching the activities on the beach and in the sea below.
