'The City Hotel, Thimphu is a modern, boutique hotel centrally located in Thimphu's modest CBD. The rooms were spacious and clean, and all utilities (hot water, AC, lifts, Wifi) worked well. The king bed was comfortable and the linen clean and new. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in a modern dining room that also had an appealing balcony with seating. There were 6-8 dishes on offer which included traditional Bhutanese and Indian cuisine. We found the food delicious. There is reserved space outside for tour vehicles to park. The room had a security box which was great for cameras etc, but too small for my laptop. We would definitely stay here again.'

'酒店在當地算是比較好的酒店～但是入住時被經理刁難～鎖定房間類型跟酒店提供不符合～足足在酒店前台等了三個小時，換了個服務人員才給處理～非常影響體驗心情。但是酒店Spa 很舒服～可以去體驗。'

'Perfect location and a nice, cozy hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. The only problem i faced was using my card to swipe in inr even though it had been used internationally in the past. I had booked using the card while booking, and a minimal amount was deducted initially, too as a standard process. I think there should be ease to make payments using cards in inr since it's accepted in cash.'

'I went there on a business trip, and since the hotel was the venue, I booked my stay there. The service was excellent, the food was great, and it was a very comfortable place to relax.'

'Good friendly service.'

'This is the perfect location for walking around town and getting to the football matches at the stadium.'

'Very good stay. Behavior was polite. Room was clean and the food was also very tasty. Bed was clean. Geyser was available throughout. Close to njp railway station too. Connectivity is awesome.'

'Hi, we really enjoyed out stay at the norkhil boutique hotel and spa ! it was centrally located, very neat and clean and super prompt with the room service. The hotel staff was also very helpful with suggestions and recommendations for the best restaurants, spa, treks, etc. We loved the ema datshi prepared by the chef and they also made a special gesture of sending a cake for my birthday. It was a memorable stay and we would definitely recommend to our friends and family'

'The view from the room is mesmerizing. Food is very good. The hotel staffs are very well behaved and polite. We booked for breakfast and diner. The manager would everyday ask if we are having any problem with the food or do we need any other kind of foods. A monastery is located very near to hotel and every day early in the morning we would hear the sound of bells. We had a direct view of buddha point from our room.'

'My stay at Lemon Tree Resort, Thimphu was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled atop a serene hill just 16 minutes from the town, the location offers the perfect escape for anyone seeking peace and tranquility. The views are breathtaking, and the setting allows you to truly unwind and connect with nature. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every single team member was courteous, warm, and extremely helpful, making us feel right at home. A very special mention to Sherab, whose attention to detail and genuine care made my stay even more memorable. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. If you’re planning a trip to Bhutan and looking for a peaceful yet luxurious stay, Lemon Tree Resort in Thimphu is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended!'
