서비스, 환경, 위치, 편리한 주차 등 모든 면이 좋습니다. 새 호텔입니다. 시설도 완벽하나 치약, 칫솔 등은 헬프데스크에 전화해서 수거해야 합니다. 집 두채 주문했는데 가격이 달라 당황! 나는 아침을 먹지 않았다. 나는 아침에 일어나서 프론트 데스크에 커피 한 잔을 사러 갔다. 맞은편에는 왕의 자동차 박물관이 있습니다. 입장료는 어린이 6위안, 어른 12위안, 노약자 위안이다. 볼 가치가 있습니다. 단, 귀중품은 개인적으로 주차장에 보관하시는 것이 좋습니다. 일부 부랑자 격리. 주의 ⚠️

호텔은 한 달 동안 문을 열었으므로 모든 것이 새롭고 깨끗합니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 친절하고 좋은 서비스를 제공합니다. 호텔은 작은 호수 공원과 가깝습니다. 방에는 자체 헤어 드라이어가 없으므로 프론트 데스크에서 가져와야했습니다. 방에 다리미가 있었지만 헤어 드라이어가 없다는 사실에 놀랐습니다. 객실 요금에는 이미 간단한 아침 식사가 포함되어 있습니다. 계란찜, 오트밀, 에너지 바, 핫초코, 차, 커피를 제공했습니다.

우리는 위치, 무료 간식 제공, 서비스가 좋았고 아침 식사가 정말 좋았습니다. 그러나 온라인에서 애완 동물 요금이 $ 50라는 것을 보았다고 생각했지만 $ 75와 세금 85로 밝혀졌습니다. 그래서 하룻밤에 거의 $100를 추가로 환불할 수 없습니다. 그것은 나에게 매우 터무니없는 것처럼 보였습니다. 손상이 없으면 애완 동물 보증금의 절반 이상을 환불 할 수 있는 것 같습니다. 그래서 그들은 단지 당신이 손상을 하지 않아도 100달러를 더 빼앗아간다.

We came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain? At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8” child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three ”resorts” in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more! Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded.

The third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.

This hotel is a perfect airport hotel. Friendly staff, easy check in, clean rooms, restaurant and bar. The price point is perfect and half the cost as nearby—often sold out—hotels. I’ve stayed here many time and they’re consistently delivering a good product. Also, booking on Trip.com is beyond easy.

The floor of the bathroom had what appeared to be dried poop near the toilet and on the floor as you exited the bathroom. The maid had been in cleaning the room just before we entered. I could not believe this had not been cleaned off of the floor. I was rather disgusted. The bathroom light switch and back of the door near where you put your hand to close it was dirty, and the mirror of above the sink had what looked to be spit marks from someone using an electric toothbrush or flossing in front of the mirror and stuff flinging onto it. The room appeared to have had a base level clean out but was definitely not clean. When I told the font desk about all of this at check out I was given a simple, I am sorry, I will let the cleaning people know. It took about 5 minutes of pushing random buttons with no labels on the air conditioning unit to finally get it to come on. The beds were comfortable and the location is great for our purpose.

숙소도 깨끗하고 방도 깨끗했어요. 제가 읽은 일부 리뷰와는 달리 8층에는 어떤 종류의 연기도 나지 않았습니다. 내가 떠날 때까지 구걸하는 사람을 본 적이 없습니다. 전반적으로 나의 체류는 아무런 문제 없이 목적을 달성했습니다.

아침 식사는 일반 유럽식 아침 식사를 먹을 수 있습니다. 서비스는 괜찮습니다. 레스토랑은 전자레인지를 사용할 수 있으며, 월마트까지 차로 5분, 리노의 메인 스트리트 아치까지 15분이 소요됩니다.
