바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 오만 무스카트 호텔

It was unfortunate we couldn’t get to check in earlier because we arrived earlier so we stayed at the lobby for 9-10 hours despite many emails sent to give them a heads up. Overall our stay was decent. Breakfast was good and service was good too.

시설 탓이겠지만, 진짜 불만은 없습니다. 저는 라마단 기간이었고, 더 자세히 알아보지 않은 제 잘못이 큽니다. 호텔은 외딴곳에 있어서, 적어도 저는 그렇게 느꼈습니다. 음식은 꽤 괜찮았지만 가격이 좀 비싼 편이었습니다. 라마단 기간이라 특정 시간대에는 호텔 밖에서는 음식을 먹을 수 있는 곳이 거의 없었습니다. 직원들이 정말 친절하고 최고였습니다. 마지막 날 아침 5시쯤 호텔을 나섰습니다. 주문 즉시 조리되는 정식 아침 식사와 테이크아웃 음료가 제공되었습니다. 베이글과 주스 정도일 줄 알았는데, 요청대로 조리된 계란, 오트밀, 신선한 과일까지 더해져 완벽한 식사였습니다.

The hotel was good for a couple of night stay. little bit old but good enough for the money value. We had a good stay. Food needs more options and variation. Location is good as it is near the beach walking distance. The Resort needs an upgrade if wanted to keep up with other resorts. overall our stay was perfect.

5⭐️for the service as I had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Beena at the front desk, and I must say, she truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I approached her she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that immediately made me feel welcome. She is attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing my every need with professionalism and poise. What truly impressed me, was her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. She took the time to listen to my requests, offered personalized recommendations, and even followed up with me to ensure that everything was to my liking. Ms. Beena is a true asset to your team, and her exceptional service has left a lasting impression on me. She embody the perfect blend of professionalism, kindness, and hospitality, and I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to interact with her. For cleanliness i rated it 4 coz maybe the housekeeping missed to change cover for 1 pillow, there are 4 pillows in the room however theres 1 that smells used and have a little stain on it already. Aside from it generally the hotel is clean and tidy. Location: No nearby/walking distance shops, stores, restaurants or mall. Amenities: all standards are available

Yatağın temiz olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Oda 3 gün boyunca toplandi ancak nevresim ve yastık yüzleri değişmedi.Oda güzeldi kullanışlıydı . Bulunduğu yer itibari ile her yere yakindi. Yanındaki panaroma avm’de nerede ise hiç dükkan yok yemek seçenekleri de çok sınırlı.

I regularly stay here when I am in my muscat office. Great location, awesome staff, and service. I always get upgraded to the suite. Highly recommended

Location is good, but they problem with towels they don't provide enough towels or floor towel even when asked from room service they just brought one towel, and it was old please try to get some new towels.

Was good. Receipting was helpful also cleaner .. swimming pool not big but good.. they have free shuttle to Mall.of Oman.

Our stay at radison was v plesent. All the staff was excellent and made sure we were OK Hotel it self was located in very central area, close to all shop, and resturants. Will recommend it to anyone. Tariq nawaz khan
