Occasionally we can get the cabin ready an hour or so early, and if that happens, we will let you know the day of. Please do NOT arrive early with plans to “hang out” until cleaning is finished. Double Ovens makes entertaining for large groups easy and efficient, with access to an enormous deck and screen porch. Oh, and the custom log bar in the basement, well there is not better place to soak in the Northwood's while indoors with great views of the lake. Enjoy the custom log shuffleboard and log poker table, or just sit back and enjoy the (very) good life.All rooms are over-sized and offer top of the line furnishings and finishes. You really must see this property to truly appreciate its beauty and grandness.Great for family gatherings, corporate retreats and just a reunion of friends. Multiple restaurants and bars are accessible by boat on Round Lake, even a marina with gas to refill so you can spend all day on the water! You do have to go under the bridge to get to Round Lake, which can be a tight fit, but not far at all. We have a newer 22' pontoon boat that is available for rent as well. If the water is really high, there is a chance you might not fit, but this has not happened to us over the last 5 years.Off the water, there is a winery and casino (age 18+) within 5 miles. There is also mini golf, go carts, log rolling and much, much more to explore!We also have 3 kayaks (1 is a double person) and a paddle boat that are included with your rental. And again, we have to mention that we have a brand new pontoon also available for an additional charge.
