Short, beautiful walk to the Beach Access located at the end of the street. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, ready for a home cooked meal or visit one of the one of the excellent local restaurants, ranging from casual to fine dining, just minutes away in Downtown Lexington. There are also many fun shops and a performing arts theatre if you would enjoy a day of shopping or catch a show in the evening! The comfortable living room is equipped with a gas fireplace for cooler evenings, flat screen TV, Roku, Wi-Fi, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa for once the day is through. The additional sleeping accommodations include the master featuring a Queen bed with a sliding glass door overlooking the tranquil, fenced back yard. A secondary bedroom offers another queen bed with a twin loft above. The updated full bathroom has a Tub/Shower with medicine cabinet for storage of personal toiletries. A limited number of toiletries provided along linens (sheets, towels, washcloths). This home includes a laundry room with washer & dryer combo (detergent not provided) and features an On Demand Tankless Water Heater for much needed showers after a full day at the Beach. Again, a short walk down a trail to the east that leads to a beautiful sandy public beach area.
