This space This private 1300 sq foot 3/2 is apart of a triplex, it is located on a corner lot, your side has it's own separate driveway, separate coded entry, and private pool. The city of Saint Cloud allows only for 30 day rentals, which we abide by. Pool infoPlease note we have a family of ducks (see photo so you recognize them :)) that likes to visit, and sometimes lands on our pool enclosure. We do our best to clean up after them before your arrival but we can’t promise they won’t make a mess on or around the pool. Our pool, like most Florida pools, is not heated so sometimes is a little chilly during fall and winter months. Guest access We recommend that you have a car or use Uber. You have the ability to park 4 cars in the driveway. **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our home in excellent shape.
