Our sweet, charming home has two bedrooms, queen size beds in both, there is also a futon couch in one of the bedrooms, TV's in both rooms and a 65" tv in the living room. Nightstands with charging stations and lamp. Nice comfy couch with chase in living room and cozy glider rock chair with foot stool. The kitchen table is also arranged cozily in the living room. Also, some boardgames/card games are available. There is 1 bathroom with tub shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer which are located in a separate laundry room. The bathroom will be stocked with towels.Kitchen has basic amenities.Plates, bowls, cups, utensils. Pots and pans. Full disclosure, one neighbor raises rare and exotic birds, the backyard has sounds of a beautiful rain forest! Our property is 1 mile away from the entrance of a scenic byway which is a beautiful drive. If you have further biking needs, there is a wonderful locally owned bike shop downtown. (about 8-9 miles) There is also a closer public lake in Springlake 3.6 miles away which is great for fishing, walking, biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming. There is also a fish hatchery.The I-15 freeway entrance is 1 mile away.
