Only after you depart.• The closest gas station is 1.2 miles (approximately 3 minutes), closest grocery store (Aldi) is 1.6 miles (approximately 4 minutes). We are very close to the Village if Penn Yan (approximately 5 minutes) that offers several dining options.• We provide Smart TVs (Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime/Disney+), so just bring your own passwords.• Feel free to use the firepit! We do not provide firewood but most gas stations will sell it. Please just make sure it's out before going to bed.• The house is located in a natural area, so you may see and hear bugs, furry critters of all sizes (including but not limited to deer, squirrels, and rodents). Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in and around the property. Please try to keep the doors closed, do not leave food outside to prevent entry of unwanted critters. Also do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.• Children are welcome at the house, however, the house may not be suitable for young children because of the indoor fireplace, bunk twin beds, and access to water (pool, etc).
