'Love staying here always nice and clean. Great for getting us to the airport and back! We always stay here when we fly out to WA state to see our kids and grandchildren at least 2x a year. We were just there in February and did not have to pay for parking. We were quite surprised that this time parking is now a fee, disappointing.'

'This was a decent budget hotel provided you stay in the updated premium rooms until they stopped airport pick up shuttle services which also used to drop one off at the nearby MARC AMTRAK Station. Though an older motel, staff was the best. I have used this for the past 3 years. Staff is very good at their work and have a smile.. Always.I hope they return their shuttle service. Even if it is for limited hours.'

'나는 밤 11시 40분경 BWI에 도착했고 자정까지 전화하지 않으면 혼자 호텔까지 태워다 줘. 혼자 여행하는 것은 처음이라 스트레스를 받았다. 11시 50분에 전화했는데 휴!! 하지만 충분히 오전 12시 이전의 시간. 그래서 생각해보니, 먼저 저를 보류하고... 끊고, 다음 전화를... 응답이 없고 끊었습니다. 지금은 스파링 중입니다. 마침내 셔틀이 ...15-20분 안에 도착할 것입니다 huhhhh?? 그래서 나는 한밤중에 나 혼자 (55세 여성) 30분이 지나고.. 다시 호텔에 전화를 걸어봐도 대답하기가 쉽지 않다. 오 셔틀이 꽉 차서 하나 더 보내야 한다고 해서 정말 그렇게 또 다른 15분은 셔틀이 없이 지나가고, 30분 후에 셔틀이 보입니다. 여기 옵니다....그리고 제가 STOP을 외치면서 제 옆으로 날아갑니다!! 그녀는 가다가 10분 후 마침내 오전 1시 15분에 이곳에 도착했고 그곳에 있었다고 말합니다. 그들은 그녀에게 DOOR 15라고 말했습니다. LOCATION 15. 호텔에 도착하기도 전에 화가 났어요. 일단 거기에.. DIET 탄산음료가 아니라 살 탄산음료로 가득 찬 쿨러.. 자러 갑니다. 담요가 없나요? 그냥 시트 추워서 프론트 데스크에 담요를 요청하러 갔다. 공정하게 말하면 그들은 매우 짧은 직원으로 보였습니다. 방은 깨끗하지만 가격 가치가 없습니다'

'Ik ben zeer tevreden over mijn ontvangst bij binnenkomst. Shuttle service vanuit het vliegveld naar het hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat mij meteen een goede eerste indruk gaf. Ook de roomservice was uitstekenden het personeel in het restaurant verdient een extra compliment-vooral Gita, die met haar gastvrijheid en professionaliteit mijn verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Het was een geweldige ervaring. Voor mijn volgende reis kies ik zeker weer voor dit hotel! Gr, Sheila'

'Pet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of trash that they can easily take to the dumpsters or even put into a trash can. Let alone just bag it up nicely at all if they are going to do that since they help attract rats to come by before well it’s what they look for. Again can’t blame staff or management for this. They try to enforce it and us guests who do our best and take responsibility do speak up, but there’s a reason they do this and it’s just high hopes that maybe something they hear other guests around them say will embarrass them or wake them up enough to do better and treat the staff and their fellow guests with the same respect they think they are due. House keeping is still on point coming by most days of the week and you can always pop by the laundry room or find them around during their shift and go grab what you need from them yourself. Also at the front desk most commonly needed amenities like toilet paper, soap, towels can be sleep for whilst they are off if you happen to need something or even a plunger. Just be kind and return items like plungers or brooms etc. if you borrow them. Don’t make the staff come to you looking for it. Location well hasn’t changed and you’ll be right by the main highway exits with easy routes to them and directions to me aren’t hard everything is close by when it comes to food, shopping, car services, delivery, things to do since you’re close to the city if you’re from out of town or just want to have a night out. Fast food spots and a some more restaurant type spots are within walking distance with most of the fast food being extremely close so if you are without a vehicle and don’t want to order delivery you can walk and gas stations near by as well that supply a little more than you’d find at most since their location is by the hotel. You can find yourself some shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, hats and gloves, dog/cat food even cat litter, coolers etc. and within walking distance. Over all it’s still good to me and if you plan to stay a while you get to know and consider those around you who also stay long your neighbors and everyone tries to help one another out those of us that do interact respectfully at least. Can’t say some things don’t go down, but that happens anywhere especially if you intend to stay for a decent amount of time you’re going to witness some things, but police are on point and helpful if it’s ever necessary to have them come by and they also come by to make sure things are A OK even when it just assumed something has happened and it was mistaken so that’s always a good thing. CCTV exists here and if needed as said the police come and access and address situations quickly as far as I’ve noticed and they are from experience more just about keeping everyone safe and subduing and ending any situation at hand without having to go as far as arrests unless necessary or provoked violence. I like that I can feel safe that there are many cameras around and even security during the late night and early morning keeping their eyes peeled to make sure we are safe. 👍🏼👍🏼'

'I made a reservation for a week, but unfortunately had a problem at the airport and couldn't check in on the scheduled day. I called before my arrival requesting a change of dates by email and phone. The attendants showed no interest and hung up on me without offering any solution. I asked for a refund, they ripped me off and started denying contact requests from Trip.com. Furthermore, while I was staying at the hotel, the manager instructed me to cancel the reservations through the app for a refund and discount. When I cancelled and paid in cash, the manager continued to ignore the *********** acceptance request for the refund. I fell victim to a scam by the management of this $500 hotel. So my warning is to look for another hotel, because their policy is not honest with guests.'
