Amazing panoramic views, comfortable decor, easy access and centrally located - just 20 minute drive to Bell Rock in Sedona, 20 minutes to Camp Verde & Cottonwood, 2 1/2 hrs to the Grand Canyon. The house is equipped for connection with loved ones in an atmosphere of quiet, peace, and desert tranquility. Pet policy: We allow dogs if they are: well trained and behaved, not allowed on furniture or on the beds, not left alone when you go out, and don’t bark regularly or incessantly. As the owner, you agree to clean up after your dog, and to dispose of the waste in a special trash bin. It’s helpful if your dog is recently groomed and/or doesn’t shed (much). Please ask about your dog ahead of time.  There is an additional charge of $10/night..We allow cats only if they do not scratch or shed. The guest will bring a bed, litter box, and optional scratchng post if necessary, for the cat and there is a $10/night charge.
