It works really well at taking the chill off the room in the early morning.Additionally, a state-of-the art Mitsubishin ceiling mounted heater/AC in the living area. There is an identical one in the master bedroom. Each operated with its own hand-held remote thermostat. The thermostats are found in their individual brackets attached to the wall in the hallway. If it is whale migration time, you just might be able to spot one. Whales head south mid-December to mid-January for the warm waters of Baja.Then they head north from late March through May for the cold Alaskan waters.Summer and Fall: About 200 Gray whales remain in Oregon’s coastal waters every summer. An area where whales can be prevalent is at Harris Beach State Park approx 25 miles south of the house. This spectacular beach house offers a spacious living room with a new leather L-shaped sofa, and a large leather chair and ottoman for spreading out. The dining room table is a circular high-top with 6 nicely padded chairs. From the table you can view the ocean during mealtime. The large half-bath located downstairs comes beautifully decorated with more granite countertop. It has its own electric heating source with thermostat, and a very cool porthole window our contractor fashioned by hand.
