This is one of two homes located on this beautiful property that sits on a channel that leads to Smith Cove on Lake Winnipesaukee. The Cottage is much more than a cottage, with modern amenities, a gas fire pit, grill, and space to enjoy the outdoors. This home features three (3) bedrooms, one (1) full bath, (1) 3/4 bath, and will sleep up to 8 guests! There is an open concept kitchen with stainless appliances, beautiful countertops and kitchen island/dining table, and living area with ample windows letting in the beauty of the natural lighting. The main floor also includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Venture downstairs to find two additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, sitting area, and a walkout deck and the other bedroom hosts a queen bed and twin bunkbeds. There is also a full bathroom on the lower level. Very spacious 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms house located in Gilford NH. Perfect location for all seasons getaway. House offers 2 spacious living rooms, a Family room, a Sunroom , dinning area, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a bathroom on each level of the house. Just minutes from Gunstock Ski mountain, Lake Winnipesaukee, Bank of NH Pavilion, Weirs Beach etc.The maximum number of adults this house can sleep is 12 adults. There is a bedroom on first floor that has a king size bed. There are two bedrooms on second floor, primary bedroom has an attached bathroom, and has one king size bed, and a bunk bed with two twin size beds. Top twin of the bunk bed is only meant for a child and cannot support the weight of an adult. The other bedroom on the second floor has one full size bed, and a twin size trundle under it., trundle is only meant for a child and cannot support the weight of an adult. There is another bedroom on the lower level that has one king size bed, this bedroom also has a sliding door that leads to the lower driveway. In addition there are two queen size sleeper sofas on the lower level. If you wish to use both sleeper sofas you will need to move one of the sleeper sofa to other part of the room for both of them to open for sleeping. If you moved the sleeper sofa for sleeping please be sure to put the back in the same position they were at the time of your check-in. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed along with a twin bed with twin trundle. The master bedroom can sleep two adults and two children, comfortably. The master has an oversized sliding door that walks out to a balcony. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and relax with beautiful views. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The downstairs sofa is a queen-sized pull-out sleeper with a 3 inch foam topper. It can sleep two. Enjoy waking up in the morning to a full coffee bar!
