Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to 2 of the 3 large parks, downtown, food and the freeway. This beautiful house just went through major renovations and is just about entirely new throughout. Designed to be comfortable and cozy yet modern and enjoyable. Cook some great meals or kick back and relax. Go visit the local sites or head to boise 35 minutes away. This house has a ton to offer!The spaceThis is a tri-level house with the main floor being the kitchen, dining and living rooms all in an open concept layout. A large wall mounted smart tv is in the living room and viewable from the whole main level. 3 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs. 1 bedroom, family room, laundry room and bathroom are downstairs. There's a tv with dvds downstairs as well. The bedroom downstairs has two single twin beds in it. The laundry room has a full bed in it. With nice amenities that you may or may not have at home, but still find nice and thoughtful to have and enjoy. KICHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with hopefully everything you could think you need for every meal, football/UFC snacks or even a stay through a holiday! LIVING ROOM: The living room is meant to be a place you want to gather to hang out together. A place to sit back or snuggle up, put your feet up, laugh together with a game, watch a movie or your favorite TV show… or again… football or UFC. And if you fall asleep or need the extra sleep area, we have wanted to provide a comfortable place for that, too!BATHROOM: The bathroom also has everything you need to be comfortable, and more! Help yourself to the soaps, shampoo, conditioner and all of the towels. OUTSIDE/BACKYARD: There is covered patio area for parking or extracurricular activity items. (Trailers, snow machines, 4wheelers, etc) The backyard is a work in progress, with the hopes and plans of a backyard hangout and oasis. A beautiful, covered eating area, with a nice, large table. A BBQ, outdoor cooler and games to play, unwind and have so much fun!
