The main level stays nice and cool. There's a full size washer and dryer for your use as well and I do keep detergent handy for you. There are on average 228 sunny days per year here! The average summer temp is 80 degrees and winter can be in the 30’s-40’s. Many stores and restaurants stay open year-round! Custer has many fall/winter events. We are about 1 hour from skiing at Terry Peak.
