The overall experience was good and excellent service. However room cleanliness could be improved. Could see dust in many places and floors not super clean.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. 라리트 뭄바이는 정말 즐거운 호텔이었습니다. 이전에도 라리트 델리와 라리트 우다이푸르에 묵어본 적이 있는데, 이 호텔 체인에서 항상 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 직원들은 항상 친절하고 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 늦은 항공편 체크아웃도 쉽게 연장할 수 있었습니다. 따뜻한 환대에 감사드립니다.

Taj hotel around the world is always a pleasure to be in. The great service with smile, the awesome food, great infrastructure, hotel facilities are always top notch. Taj lands end is no exception to above. The property is old and is very well decked up. For me Taj staff at late night worked to search my lost iphone. I eventually recovered in my car. But it once again showed the exceptional service. The food (in room dining and breakfast) was feast for our palatte. The outdoor seating was also pretty good. Opportunities The rooms are small and my room with a babycrib occupied the entire area with little area to stroll. The room did not come with all toiletries, although everything was provided on call.

크루즈 여행 전날 밤, 이 호텔에서 하룻밤 묵었습니다. 호텔은 좀 낡았지만 아늑했습니다. 창문 밖으로 옆 건물이 보여 조용했습니다. 전날 밤 비행 때문에 잠을 제대로 못 잤는데, 이곳에서는 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 욕실에는 치약 세트가 있었고, 객실에는 차와 물이 준비되어 있었습니다. 조식은 특이했지만, 적당한 것을 고를 수 있었습니다. 예약 당시 가격이 저렴했던 곳들은 사진과 비교했을 때 훨씬 더 안 좋아 보였습니다. 위치는 매우 편리했습니다. 걸어서 모든 관광지를 둘러볼 수 있었고, 처치**트 역이 가까워 도비 가트 세탁소와 다라비 빈민가에도 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다. 딱 하나 아쉬웠던 점은 입구에서 짐꾼이 저항했는데도 불구하고 짐을 방까지 옮기려고 우리 팔을 거의 낚아채다시피 했다는 것입니다. 방에 도착해서 100루피를 줬는데, 마치 1루피밖에 안 준 것처럼 쳐다보더군요. 사실 짐꾼의 서비스는 필요 없었고, 돈도 인출하지 않았습니다.

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

객실은 넓고 쾌적했지만, 캐비닛/미니바 구역에서 약간 습기가 차고 나무 냄새가 났습니다. 조식은 그럭저럭 괜찮았습니다. 다음 날 공항에 가야 하는 경우 하룻밤 묵기에 좋습니다. T1 터미널까지 도보로 5분도 채 걸리지 않습니다. 버기카를 이용할 수 있고, 직원들이 짐을 터미널까지 옮겨줍니다. 호텔 내 식당이 불편하다면 공항 내에도 다양한 식당이 있습니다.

저희 커플은 타지마할 팰리스 호텔에서 5일 4박을 보냈는데, 정말 잊지 못할 경험이었습니다. 타워 윙에서 팰리스 윙으로 무료 업그레이드를 받게 되어 더욱 특별한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 환영 행사는 아름다운 분위기를 자아냈고, 객실로 보내주신 무료 음료와 초콜릿은 세심한 배려가 돋보였습니다. 특히 핫초코는 정말 최고였어요. 조식 뷔페는 종류도 다양했고, 모든 음식이 맛있었습니다. 알라카르트 메뉴도 양이 푸짐해서 좋았습니다. 특히 저희를 담당해주신 키란 웨이터는 투숙 기간 내내 세심하고 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 객실은 항상 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었는데, 하우스키퍼 사친 덕분이었습니다. 바닥에 꽃잎으로 만든 예술 작품, 신발 밑에 가지런히 놓인 수건, 예쁘게 정리된 세면도구 등 그의 세심한 배려에 깊은 감명을 받았습니다. 진심으로 배려받는다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 프런트 데스크의 사프나 씨에게도 특별히 감사를 전하고 싶습니다. 마지막 날 아침 일찍 비행기를 타야 해서 조식을 객실로 가져다 달라고 부탁하는 등 정말 세심한 배려를 해주셨습니다. 그녀의 효율적인 서비스와 친절함 덕분에 편안하고 스트레스 없는 체크아웃이 가능했습니다. 벨보이 K. 싱 씨는 항상 밝은 미소로 맞아주셨고, 호텔을 드나들 때마다 저희가 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 신경 써 주셨습니다. 헬스장은 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 즐겁게 이용할 수 있었고, 덕분에 완벽한 숙박 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 타지 마할 팰리스에서의 시간은 처음부터 끝까지 정말 훌륭했습니다. 모든 순간이 만족스러웠고, 조만간 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.
