Our front door opens into a large Great Room with comfortable leather furniture, including a massage recliner. The dining area has a 4x8 ft. Granite topped dining room table with ample seating for 8, and a bar with seating for 4 where you can interact with whom or whatever is going on in the kitchen. The dining area gives access to our large covered deck where you can view the Currituck Lighthouse, watch family members play pickleball or carry food down a few steps to an outdoor stainless steel charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with everything needed to fix either quick or gourmet meals. As you turn into the hallway, the laundry area is hidden behind louver doors. Ahead to the right is the spacious Master bedroom, we call it the Magnolia room, with a Smart TV, a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, separate room for shower and commode. The Master also has a small private deck. Next is the Ivy room decorated in calming shades of green and is home to the largest of the 4 Flat Screen TV’s. Past the two-room hall bathroom is the Lighthouse room where you will find two twin beds set up as a Day Bed with a pull out Trundle making this an ideal bedroom for either children or adults.
