This new, secluded, rear condo is situated a short walk from the beach, across the street from the historic Whalehead Club, Corolla Park, and Corolla Light Town Center, which is located directly behind the community. In addition, the Outer Banks 4x4 Beach access is 3 minutes away. This brand-new community has a pool and cabanas for rent (in season). The unit is a short walk from the pool and the beach. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms both with new king size beds, a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 full bathrooms that include a starter kit with shampoo, conditioner and soap. The fully stocked, large kitchen is set for all of your cooking needs and includes dishwashing and laundry tabs. The kitchen has a large center island with plenty of seating. In addition, we have provided a Keurig (K cup pods), regular coffee maker and an electric kettle for the beverage of your choice. The outside area includes a BBQ grill, shower, hose, a lovely patio and patio furniture. The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool (May-September) and volleyball area, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. Watch your loved ones enjoy the pool as you make sandwiches or sit on the front porch. To top it all off, it's less than a mile away from access to the beautiful Corolla beach (about 6-10 minute walk). Shower off after your fun day in the outside shower with hot and cold taps. An elegant kitchen is just waiting for your culinary touch with a well-equipped cooking area. Seating for 6 surrounds the beautiful white quartz island countertops. Coffee pot or Keurig coffee, your morning will be started off right. The kitchen even has a deep crab pot ready for your seafood dinner.Enjoy staying in the Master King bedroom with a private full bathroom (the turtle room). The second spacious bedroom also provides a King bed, decorated with fun flamingos and connected with a common full bathroom. TV is located in each bedroom and living room.When you arrive back from a day of playing in the sand or visiting historic Corolla, sit back on the porch with a cold drink. The entire family will enjoy bike rides and walks around the nature trails and roads of this quiet community.Kids will love the first level of the home, featuring a TV room of their own and a pool table (which converts easily into ping-pong). Up to six children can bunk up in the level 1 bedroom and have a bedroom of their own. Also all guests will enjoy getting snacks and beverages in the kitchenette just steps away from the pool deck.On the second level, your family can gather around the large kitchen table and breakfast bar for meals and entertainment. Just off the kitchen is our comfortable den, featuring TV and surround sound stereo. Walk out onto the deck and take in the breath-taking lake views. Two bedrooms (Queen and Double) each have a bathroom of their own.Walk up to the third level to find two bedroom (King and Queen) suites and a cozy reading nook. The master bedroom boasts an airy cathedral ceiling and natural light.
