Duck Creek Boat Club and Rentals is on site and offers tritoon, kayak, jet ski, paddleboard, paddleboat and bumper boat rentals and Blind Swine on Duck Creek (check seasonal hours) offers amazing food and cocktails al fresco with live entertainment on most weekends of the boating season! House is located near all the fun of central - south Grand Lake, with your own private dock!The secondary unit is just steps away containing one bunk room, large 10x9 sectional, loft with two queens, two full bath, full kitchen, and a ping pong table!
