第一次來尼日利亞，第一次住這個酒店，一共住了四天，寫一下體驗: 環境:酒店在一個高檔小區裏面，很安全，設施很齊全，健身房，泳池都有的 服務:服務是真的好，接待非常的熱情，而且還可以講中文哦 菜品:這裏必須的給廚師👨🏻🍳點贊，小菜整的得味，天天不重樣，菜品也多，完全體會不到是在國外吃飯🥰🥰 總之很滿意！下次出差必須還得選這家，哈哈😃 上幾張實拍圖

Renovierungsbedürftig aber sauber und ordentlich. Freundliches Personal.  Die Lage ist gut zum Airport aber drum herum sehr ländlich obwohl es mitten in der Stadt ist. Sandstrasse!

服務很棒：有換幣服務、租車服務、中文翻譯、恆温游泳池。 餐食美味：一日三餐自助川菜免費暢吃！！ 房間也是乾淨衞生，位置不錯，離機場很近！ 安保也不用擔心，各位同胞 這個酒店好像是華人聚集地一樣，在這裏出差住了幾天，看到的住店人羣也都是中國人，住這個酒店好像在國內一樣，非常放心，非常安全，放心沖！

I was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication. My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base. On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again. The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine.

도착 당일 접수원은 시스템에서 내 이름을 볼 수 없다고 말했습니다. 신선한 체크인을 하기 위해 하루만 지불하기로 하고 해외에서 긴 여행을 마치고 휴식을 취했습니다. 그 다음 그들은 내가 하루 동안 지불 할 수있게 해주었습니다. 다음날 그들은 나에게 환불을했고 나중에 trip.com에서 내 확인을 받았다고 말했습니다. 나는 그들과 3 박 동안 머물렀다. 마지막으로 trip.com 고객이 예약하고 지불하자마자 여행자 정보를 보내야합니다.

The place is beautiful but I didn’t sleep all night because the room had highly air conditioned on 6*degrees cold and no warm blankets I turned off all lights using key card but the room was still very cold I got too sick and cold but I didn’t want to complain I just walked away other than that the place is beautiful and friendly staff

Citiheight hotel is a cozy place, the location, the services and the decency of the hotel make it the best so far. It is very close to the airport which is another reason that I recommend it. I will definitely use Citiheight hotel in my next visit.

I love the ambiance but the price is too high for not having a washing machine inside,for the rest of the services i can’t complain or give a review at the moment because I didn’t stay for too long

The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

서비스는 처음부터 끝까지 훌륭했습니다. 의사 소통이 빠르고 모든 직원이 손님에게 자신을 알려줄 수 있습니다. 모든 직원은 관리조차 기꺼이 도와줍니다. 그들은 손님을 환영한다고 느끼게하는 놀라운 방법을 가지고 있습니다. 하루 종일 뷔페 스타일로 세 끼의 식사가 제공되어 매우 좋습니다. 멋진 전망과 도보 거리에 많은 레스토랑과 상점이 있는 석호 바로 옆에 있는 훌륭한 위치. 방은 많은 공간으로 예상했던 것보다 훨씬 컸습니다. 내 경험을 바탕으로이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.
