Two first floor bedrooms, one with full size bed and a 32" TV, the other an office/bedroom with a pullout twin bed. This home has two luxury bathrooms with showers, and a toilet/bidet in each. Built in washer/dryer in the 1st floor bath. There is an outdoor deck with table, seating and bbq off the main living room. Downstairs a screened deck with a gas fire pit/game table with seating for six. Two kayaks, paddles and vests to be used at nearby pond, trail across the street. Free access for one adult to Waterville Valley Community Center. You can purchase additional daily guest passes. Currently additional adult passes are $20 per day Friday to Sunday, and holidays .
