Located just steps from the bay and a quick drive or bike ride beach, 733 21st Street is an ideal home base for your shore vacation.This single-family home sleeps up to 7 guests and features three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, a modern eat-in kitchen with seating for four, a washer and dryer, and updated furnishings throughout. The sleeping arrangements include two queen beds and a bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top.The location is unbeatable. The bay is just a few houses away at the end of 21st Street. Avalon's charming town center is nearby with restaurants, shops, bars, and family-friendly activities. The 21st Street beach is easily accessible by bike (6 minutes), or a quick drive (4 minutes), and all borough lots offer free parking.Outside, enjoy the oversized front porch or unwind in the backyard. A full-size gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and cushioned swivel seating make it a great place to gather after a fun-filled day. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Parking is available on the stone front yard or on the street.Check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM.Please note: Guests must bring or rent their own linens, towels, toiletries, and beach tags/ gear. The first floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry, plus one bedroom and a full bath. The second floor has another full bath, plus three more bedrooms: one queen with an attached deck; one queen; and one with a full bed and set of twin bunks. The outside area is home to a dining set with umbrella, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. There’s also a shed for bike and beach chair storage.The house is available for Saturday-Saturday weekly rentals *only* from early June to early September; weekly, partial weekly and weekend rentals (or longer!) offered from early September through early June. Welcome to Avalon! This property is close to everything. Walk to restaurants, nightlife, the beach and more! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home was built for cozy relaxation. Off street parking in the driveway. Huge front deck with gas grill, table seating for 6, outdoor sofa and gas fire pit. The bedrooms feature one king bed, one full bed, and two sets of bunk beds with double on bottom and twin on top. Wifi and YouTube TV available. Avalon is quickly becoming a year round town with special events almost every weekend. Check the borough website for a list of events. Don't forget to check out the Avalon Free Public Library! They have much more than books! Discovery kits, Gaming systems, baking and pastry tools, and much more! This property is located just over the 21st Street bridge. Close to the Princeton, Veterans Plaza, bakeries, shops and more. There is a public dock three blocks away for fishing and crabbing. Six beach chairs and two umbrellas are at the property. Linens are included. Each bed will have a sealed bin containing sheets, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, beach towels and quilt. Pillows will be on the bed.Why do we do it this way? To keep the cleaning fee down! Most of our reservations do not use all six beds. Our cleaner charges $20 per bed additional to make them so the fee would be $120 higher. We believe the cleaning fees charged should reflect the actual cost of the cleaner. Owner will not consider accepting pets. The property does have a video doorbell as shown in the photos, which guests are free to cover if they wish.
