'Lovely place right around the corner from main square, lovely staff, big room, no complaints'

'On the positive side, this small hotel is centrally located, conveniently situated to explore lovely Braşov. The building is also beautifully renovated, well maintained and clean. On the other hand, I found the staff unwelcoming and not helpful. The QR code for requesting help on WhatsApp doesn’t work either. Although I loved the bathroom, the room itself was dim, and could have been fitted with a mirror - the only mirror was the one above the sink in the bathroom. It would also be great to have the option of filling water bottles somewhere; this is a very basic way of minimizing plastic waste. My biggest issue, and the reason I will not recommend this establishment, is the poor mattress quality - mine was thin and lumpy, and even after putting a duvet over it, it was still very uncomfortable. Falling asleep was very challenging. I asked via WhatsApp and also the receptionist to try and resolve the issue for the second night, but nothing further was done but making up the bed with the second duvet that I had already taken from the other bed. Another issue that could have been a potential problem at check-in was that I had not received the entry code for the gate. The receptionist insisted that they had emailed it, which was not true. You need a SIM card that allows phone calls to resolve such issues; I was lucky that a random stranger let me in. Lastly, be aware that breakfast does not cater for dietary requirements.'

'This place was honestly really good value for money. Clean, comfortable and classically decorated, it was all you could want in a hotel. The rooms (we stayed in 3 different ones) were all different and absolutely huge. It felt like being in a manor house - so if you want that classic european experience I would definitely reccomend. The only downside was the hot water in the shower wasnt that consistent, but it was enough for a quick rinse.'

'⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 환상적인 숙박 – 적극 권장합니다! 나는이 호텔에서 훌륭한 경험을했고 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 이것이 눈에 띄는 이유입니다. 트윈 룸 가용성: 이것은 나에게 큰 장점이었습니다! 적절한 트윈 룸(별도의 침대 2개)을 제공하는 호텔을 찾기가 놀랍도록 어렵지만 이 장소에는 제안이 있어 드물고 큰 장점입니다. 아침 식사 포함: 가격에 맛있는 아침 식사가 포함되어 매우 편리하고 숙박에 큰 가치를 추가했습니다. 흠 잡을 데없는 객실 : 방은 흠 잡을 데없이 깨끗하여 매우 편안하고 편안하게 머물 수있었습니다. 멋진 직원: 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 직원들은 내가 방문하는 동안 믿을 수 없을 정도로 친절하고 환영하며 도움이 되었습니다.'

'Расположение отличное. На это. Плюсы закончились… Персонал отеля совсем не заинтересован в клиенте!!! Двух пожилых женщин загнали на 3 этаж. Лифта нет. При этом отель был пустой… Попросили чайник-чай идите пить к кафе)))Окна в номере не открываются… Вообщем этот отель не рекомендую!'

'Stanza molto bella, dotata di ogni comfort . Peccato per il letto molto scomodo che faceva un sacco di rumore ad ogni movimento. Peccato anche per le finestre che affacciano direttamente sulla strada principale e bisogna chiudere sempre le tende per avere un po’ di privacy. Avrei gradito la presenza di una bottiglietta d’acqua per fare il caffè che era in camera con l’apposita macchina del caffè e bollitore. Rumorosa perche si trova appunto sulla strada ed è la prima casa affianco l’entrata principale del palazzo, quindi si sentiva ogni persona che entrava. Da migliorare e sostituire assolutamente il letto.'

'O cazare destul de bună , cameră foarte călduroasă patul confortabil și micul dejun destul de bun . Aceleași chestii în fiecare dimineață dar puteai să alternezi . Destul de central de piață sfatului , cam 20 min de mers pe jos , iar parcarea pt mașina era asigurata . Recomand cu drag această pensiune . M am simțit f bine .'
