레지던스 앰비언트(Residence Ambient)

第一次來羅馬尼亞，這個地方把西方盒土耳其文化融合到了一起，有不同於西方又有異於土耳其，總之是個富裕很廣消費性價比不錯的歐洲國家，房間很復古有很多古代的傢俱擺設

I booked 2 rooms for me and my family. Spacious rooms, very warm (outside was -10 degrees), clean and furnished in harmony with the building, which is a heritage building. Tea and coffee facilities so you can prepare whenever you please. Very friendly staff, they provide us with all the information we needed to visit most of the places in town. We hope to return soon

The location is exceptional, located 10 minutes walk from the old center. Although it is an old building, it is very well maintained, tastefully decorated in order to keep the charm and character of the building. We stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. The room very nice, clean and close to the kitchen. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee looking at the view of Mount Tampa. Most certainly we will stay here every time we arrive in Brasov

The hotel in itself is nice but the check-in is complicated since you have to go to a different place to do it. The rooms are clean but the bed are not very confortable. The hotel is near to the city center and so with a 10 minute walk you can reach the central square.

this place is complete false marng. It is not even close to what they market on *******. Check in after 6 pm is very complicated. i not only do not reccomend this place but advise to stay very far away!!

The worst experience ever i booked a room for 3 and got a room for 2 i talked to the guy there and he couldn t help me. In the room was blazing hot and there ware a lot of insects on the walls and on the bed. In this conditions I left the keys there and got another hotel. I want a refund for my money.

The toilet was flooded for 2 days and nobody did anything. Not only I asked them to fix it several times, but they also fail to provide toilet paper. They don't have anyone at the checkin counter, so I had to call several times asking them to do something about it. They always apologised and said that they would do something about it, but nothing happened. The worse hotel we stayed in Romania quite far and very upset with the service. Extremely disappointed with this place, I don't recommend it.

A party of 6 aged men. On arrival in Bucharest we were asked to transfer from the pension to the residence ambient. Happy to do so as this gave us twin rooms instead of doubles. Good basic hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast but we had to walk round the corner to the pension to get it. Not really a problem. In May, the lack of air con was no problem. It may be an issue in summer. A fan is provided. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d certainly stay here again

close to the city center.
