모든 것이 깨끗하고 훌륭했습니다! 즐거운 시간을 보내고 싶은 모든 사람에게 이곳을 추천하고 싶습니다. 모든 것과 가깝고 특히 sm north 몰 내부에 있는 사실들과 가깝습니다.

매우 좋아요. 웨이터들은 친절했고 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 위치는 저희 사무실과 매우 가까워서 도보로 접근 가능합니다. 하지만 야외 달리기를 좋아하는 친구들은 근처에 야외 달리기에 적합한 곳이 없다는 사실을 알아야 합니다.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Location in Cubao is convenient. Clean sheets and fresh towels daily. Elevator was fast and efficient. Internet in the room was slow, netflix took time to load. Price was fair for stay length. Recommend for leisure not heavy online work.

시설은 괜찮습니다. 침실은 두 사람이 지내기에 충분히 넓습니다. 욕실에는 온수기와 강력한 수압의 비데가 설치되어 있습니다. Wi-Fi 신호는 24시간 양호합니다. 직원과 청소부가 친절합니다. 손님에게 엄격해서 보안상 좋습니다. TV는 TCL이고 신호가 좋습니다. 천장에도 큰 거울이 있어요 ㅎㅎ 벽면 이미지 디자인이 어색하긴 하지만 걱정할 정도는 아니네요. 전체적으로 가격대비 좋아요 💯

위치는 접근성이 매우 좋으며, 술을 마시거나 담배를 피우는 것이 허용되지 않는 등 많은 제한이 있습니다. 발코니가 있지만 잠겨 있어 접근할 수 없습니다. 고객 서비스가 관찰되지 않습니다. 특히 손님이 잠들 경우를 대비하여 가능하면 체크아웃 30분~1시간 전에 손님을 환영하고 손님에게 전화하는 등 많은 개선이 필요합니다. 우리 방의 테이블에도 작은 벌레가 많아서 제대로 소독하고 청소하지 않았다는 뜻이지만 수건, 비누, 샴푸, 칫솔과 치약도 제공되어 감사합니다. 커피숍/베이크숍은 나에게 최고다. 나는 커피라떼와 호두파이를 좋아하기 때문이다😋

직원들은 매우 친절했지만, 여기에 설명된 수영장이나 체육관 등 이용할 수 없는 편의 시설이 많이 있었습니다. 방에 있는 에어컨도 처음에는 켜지지 않았고, 에어컨을 시작하려면 누군가에게 들어와 달라고 요청해야 했습니다(AC 리모컨에 배터리가 충분하지 않은 것 같습니다!). 또한, 호텔 앞이 공사중이어서 주차할 공간을 제공하지 못해 불편했습니다. 게다가 전날 밤에 레이트 체크아웃을 요청했는데 프론트 직원이 호텔이 좀 비어 있어서 가능하다고 했으나 다음날 아침 프론트 직원이 PHP를 내야 한다고 하더군요. 늦은 체크아웃은 시간당 450입니다. 하지만 전반적으로 객실과 야간 근무 프런트 데스크가 마음에 들었고 공사가 완료되면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.
