'편의 시설은 매우 기본적이지만 여전히 우르다네타에서 가장 괜찮은 호텔 중 하나입니다. 체크인은 순조로웠습니다. 조식은 배부르고 괜찮았습니다. 객실에 포함되어 있었습니다. 객실은 깨끗했지만 복도를 따라 사람들이 걸어가는 소리와 문이 열리고 닫히는 소리가 들렸고 우리는 잠이 얕아서 수면에 영향을 미쳤습니다. 인터넷 속도는 괜찮았습니다. 일할 수 있었습니다. 특히 아침에 좋은 전망이었습니다.'

'시트는 깨끗하지만 일단 엿보면 침대가 더러워져 있지 않습니다. 내 파트너는 사람들이 쉽게 통과할 수 있고 창문에 색이 칠해져 있지 않기 때문에 우리 방을 통해 들어갈 수 있는 열린 뒷 복도와 같은 창문이 안전하지 않다고 느꼈습니다. 사람들은 쉽게 침입할 수 있습니다. 우리는 무슨 일이 일어날지 두려워서 커튼을 닫아 두었을 뿐입니다. 프론트 데스크는 연중무휴로 운영되지 않았습니다. 경비원도 자고 있어요. 왼쪽으로 얼룩진 침대 시트는 괜찮지만 이미 깨끗하지 않다는 글을 읽었습니다. 우리는 편의를 위해 온라인으로 예약했지만 도착했을 때 직원은 우리를 기다리게 하고 온라인 예약을 인식하지 못하는 것 같았기 때문에 더 많은 증거를 제공해야 하고 온라인 예약 시간을 공제했습니다.'

'호텔은 쇼핑몰 바로 맞은편에 위치해 있어 숙박하는 동안 필요한 모든 것을 편리하게 구입할 수 있었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑에서는 꽤 맛있는 음식을 제공했지만, 조식 뷔페가 호텔 레스토랑에 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 조식은 뷔페였지만 다소 기본적인 수준이었습니다. 수영장은 잘 관리되어 있고, 수영장과 데크도 잘 갖춰져 있습니다.'

'The proxy is without doubt the best hotel in Alaminos. I have stayed in the area several times at different accommodation and this ia by far the best one for location to the 100 islands. The setting is lovely and the rooms well appointed with very nice beds and bathrooms. My negative points are as follows: The gymnasium how ever basic it ia requires a large mirror this will allow someone training to check form when performing exercises. The bedrooms have no small cupboard or wardrobe to store clothes on a hanger. This is a basic requirement for a hotel of this class.'

'The room is spacious with a sitting area, large closet, and refrigerator with freezer. They also provide some amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Bath towels are also provided. The balcony and the bathroom are clean, however, there are some dust on the windowsills of the room's interior and on the corners. For a large room, they only provide a single non-absorbent floor mat. They might want to provide more, considering that it's a resort providing water activities. There's also a sign in the bathroom detailing instructions on how to use the water heater, but there is no water heater. The other room that we booked located on a different building has a heater, though. The room is located on the 2nd floor, the water pressure is good and the toilet has a bidet. Be careful on the bath, though, as it's slippery. They should also consider adding a non-slip mat on the bathtub as a safety precaution. There's TV inside the room but it doesn't have any channels. I think they forgot to add another remote needed for you to be able to access the channels. The TV on the other room that we booked is working fine, though. The river is nice and clean and the free time alotted for kayaking is more than enough to explore it. The beach has mixed fine and coarse sand with some corals and shells. The water is calm and it's only knee deep even during hightide in the afternoon, so it's safe for kids. Since the beach is shared with an abandoned resort, and numerous other resorts in the area, it would be good if the staff in charge of maintenance clean the resort's beachfront to minimize the amount of trash, as there are also some trash on the resort's huts located on the beachfront. The 2 pools are clear and clean, one is located in front of the river, while the infinity pool is facing the beach. The riverside pool closes at 7pm, while the infinity pool closes at 12mn. The garden is also nice, although there are some dried bushes here and there. Wifi is only available in public areas. The free breakfast is ok, with 2 pieces of dried fish, 1 hotdog, and 1 cup of rice, and unlimited serving of instant black coffee. The owner is friendly, and the front desk staff, bellboy, and security are also helpful and accommodating. The resort seems adequately staffed; although it is recommended to retrain the maintenance staff on the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds. There are also nearby restaurants, and the Mangunguna Restaurant across the street serves really good and affordable meals. The River Restaurant and Giant Taklobo Restaurant are also within walking distance.'

'They are only open until 10pm not like what there page says ”always open” or until 12mn, you wont be able to enter if you arrive late.. The place is quite far from the plaza, but the room is clean. Staff is also approachable. I might still consider the place though on my next visit..'

'스타 플라자 호텔의 프레지덴셜 스위트에 묵었습니다. 룸서비스 직원들은 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셔서 숙박하는 동안 정말 감사했습니다. 침대는 편안했고 Wi-Fi도 잘 작동했습니다. 햄을 제외한 아침 식사는 괜찮았습니다. 다른 호텔 레스토랑 음식도 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 샤워실의 온수가 나오지 않아 실망스러웠습니다. 이 정도 수준의 스위트에서는 예상치 못한 일이었습니다. 세탁 서비스도 이용할 수 없었고, 처음 방에 들어갔을 때 강한 식초 냄새가 났는데, 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 전반적으로 몇 가지 장점이 있었지만, 여러 가지 문제로 인해 프레지덴셜 스위트에 대한 기대에 미치지 못하는 경험을 했습니다. 개선이 이루어지기를 바랍니다.'
