'환경은 좋았어요. 호텔 안에 수영장이 두 개 있는데, 하나는 1층에 있고 다른 하나는 6층에 있어요. 호텔 바로 앞에 해변이 있어서 가족이나 커플이 오기에도 정말 좋고, 여유롭게 즐길 수 있습니다. 하지만 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 호텔 프런트 직원들의 태도가 불친절했다는 거예요. 수빅 사람들이 원래 다 그런 건지, 질문을 해도 마지못해 대답해주고, 대답도 대충 하는 느낌이었어요. 게다가 지하 주차장은 주차도 엉망이고 질서도 없었어요.'

'We arrived at the Inn at 7:30PM. It was hard to find parking. We had to wait around 30mins to have space. Had to pay extra to the men who assisted us in parking. The reception already had our booking and prepared the room keys in advance. They also kept shouting through the 2nd floor window to the men on the street to assist us in parking. The inn had no elevator just stairs going upto 3 floors. The lobby was clear and the beds we nicely made up with free small soap and 1 packet or shampoo. They had towels provided for each of us. We had to open the aircon upon arrival so it took a while before it cooled down but it never really got cold in the room. It was a peaceful quiet stay with ample space. There is mirror, cabinet and shower curtain. There were molds in the CR but the toilet was clean and no bidet but tabo was provided.'

'The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.'

'2nd time staying in this hotel. This is a budget hotel and so you should adjust expectations but the location is perfect for those travelling to attractions within Subic/Olongapo/Zambales. Just outside SBMA maingate and walkable to Harbor Point and SM Olongapo and lots of nearby food establishments.'

'아름다운 리조트와 객실은 놀라운 해변 전망과 훌륭한 발코니가 있는 일류입니다. 불행히도 룸 서비스에 대한 접근이 거의 없으며 레스토랑은 7:30에 주문을 닫으므로 옆집 펍에서 주문해야했습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮 았지만 압도적이었습니다. 커피는 아주 좋았습니다. 다른 호텔에 비해 프리미엄 가격으로 룸 서비스와 편의 시설을 실제로 개선해야합니다.'

'직원분들은 매우 친절하고 배려를 많이했읍니다 그러나 아쉬운점은 청결상태(부탁을 하지않으면 청소를 하지않음. 밤에는 주변이 시끄럽고 방음 상태가 좋지않음.. 전체적으로 5일간의 여행에 편하게 쉬였다왔읍니다'

'The pub part of the offer was outstanding, Magners on tap, real British pub atmosphere, best calamares I had in decades. Nice seats watching out on the bay. Could not be sny better in England. The rooms were rather soso, and I don’t mean the size or rudimentary furniture. There were small ants all over so I kept my suitcase closed. There was a loud fan in the room and a rattling a/c in the bathroom window. The shower fittings were adventurous and the water flow very low. And the rental requirements did not make me feel really welcome, read yourself to make your own opinion. I had a quick dip in the water in the morning and left a day early. In general, I would rather pay 10 bucks more and have a decent shower and a/c and no bugs in my room.'

'Its is a nice clean place to stay, Price worth it. Its just a bit hard to find so better keep your eyes open since people around is not familiar with the hotel'
