It was a beautiful stay. The view in the morning was amazing and there’s even a viewpoint for you to watch the sunrise over Mount Kinabalu. The only thing is that since it’s in nature, you need to drive out to get food. There’s a cafe in the premises but it was closed for renovations unfortunately. Also, there are a few stray dogs that don’t bother us, but we need to keep our shoes indoors or else these playful babies would take them and run. Otherwise, everything is great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay and a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities met all my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Everything was well organized, making the trip enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this property to other travellers and look forward to staying here again in the future. Strategic location next to all the stalls in Kundasang, amazing view of the mountain. The restaurant is open until 8.30pm and the dishes are nice, big portion too. Best thing is they have a smart tv in the room so you can connect with wifi and watch Netflix. However, you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as it is not provided. They only provide shower gel and towels. Nevertheless, had a comfortable stay for one night.

The room has a very vintage feel, and given the price we paid, we didn’t set high expectations. However, we were truly surprised by the location — the balcony faces directly towards Mount Kinabalu, offering a breathtaking view! The room itself is quite basic, with only essential amenities like towels, a hot water heater, hangers, a kettle, and a hairdryer. But what truly made our stay memorable was the owners, a lovely couple who treated us like family. Their warmth and hospitality were beyond expectations, and they were always ready to help with any inquiries about Kundasang. They also mentioned that the place will be undergoing renovations soon after nearly 30 years. I am really looking forward to returning. Because honestly, their hospitality won my heart! ❤️

Firstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking. Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage. Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

May be can improve bathroom amenities. If something default and cannotb repair, please inform in advances to customee.

The resort was on high ground and thus have a wonderful / fantastic view of Kundasang valley. The resort is a bit old. There was no free Internet in the room. The small 24 inc TV in the room was not working. No hair dryer and air con. There is 1 standing fan. I am ok with all Cleanliness was good.
