'직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 로비는 환상적이었습니다. 거기 앉아서 바다 전망 전체를 정면으로 즐길 수 있습니다. 그러나 방은 그렇게 좋지 않았습니다. 정원을 향한 우리 방은 꽤 낡았습니다. 화장실 문이 제대로 닫히지 않았습니다. 결과적으로 샤워 후 욕실 전체가 물에 잠겨 미끄러워졌습니다. 목욕 수건은 한 장밖에 없었고 화장지를 사용하여 그 부분을 말렸습니다. 우리 같은 노인들에게는 위험한 일이었습니다. 생수가 공급되지 않았습니다. 우리는 리셉션에 불만을 제기했고 직원은 문을 수리할 수 없다고 판단하면 등급을 높이겠다고 약속했습니다. 밖에서 저녁 식사를 하고 돌아와서 우리는 Seaview가 있는 더 나은 방으로 업그레이드되었다는 것을 알았습니다. 호텔 위치가 정말 좋고 바다뷰도 좋습니다. 유지관리가 부족한 점은 정말 안타깝습니다. 정말 손실입니다.'

'We had a perfect time at Eaglebay Retreat. It’s truly an undisturbed paradise. You have an entire house and hundreds of meters of coastline all to yourself. Every morning, you can wake up in the sunshine and decide whether to go snorkeling or just relax in the sun—you have the choice. The sunsets were always perfect, and experiencing them on a paddleboard is far better than being in a crowded place like KK. At the same time, the retreat offers a wide range of activities that are both rich and reasonably priced—paddleboarding, jet skiing, kayaking, and more, so you’ll never feel bored. During our stay, Arlyn and h is family provided us with everything we needed: they inflated our paddleboards, helped us arrange sea activities, climbed trees to pick coconuts for us, and prepared delicious meals. Whenever we needed them, they were always available, without intruding on our privacy. Their presence was always perfectly balanced. I would also like to thank Faizal, who did a lot of work before our arrival, and Jamri, the kind lady who helped us recover our lost Apple Pencil during our stay. She assisted in finding it, came up with several ways to return it (considering Eaglebay Retreat’s remote location), and finally delivered it to my friend personally, asking for nothing in return. Your kindness will be remembered. Yes, I think we would definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will visit Eaglebay again in the future.'
