Nice hotel that recently changed ownership and it is now a Taj. The renovation is moving forward and the hotel is gaining from that. The location os good of you need to be in Faridabad, but need to know it's far from the airport and from downtown.
Food is ok, while breakfast is not so interesting and can be really messy when the hotel is booked

구르가온의 지인을 만나기 위해 방문했을 때 이용하게 했습니다. 호텔 옆의 사우스 포인트 몰에서는 일본, 한국 식재료 등도 많이 취급하고 있어, 체재중은 불편하지 않고, 보낼 수 있었습니다. 또, 이 근처는 Uber도 잡아 쉽고 좋았습니다. 또 구르가온을 방문했을 때는 이용시키고 싶습니다.

Always a great experience to stay in Taj. Stayed for just a day as had a flight to catch early next day.
Got special breakfast packed on personal request and must say most of my friends who all met at airport were super amazed by the food Taj packed for me.
Taj is amazing , the people who work there make it fantastic, will go again and again whenever Gurugram becomes a night halt.

4성급 호텔에는 5성급 기준이 있습니다. 호텔 주변 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 조식이 맛있고 주변이 조용합니다. 유일한 나쁜 점은 호텔 1층에 있는 소파가 약간 냄새가나고 전반적으로 저렴하다는 것입니다.

새로 리노베이션을 해서 들어서면 냄새가 많이 나고 위치가 비교적 외진곳에 있고 도심에서 떨어져 있습니다. 비즈니스 또는 관광에는 권장되지 않습니다.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent.
I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

객실은 청결했고, 전체적인 디자인도 깔끔하고 세련되었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 예의 발랐습니다. 조식 메뉴도 다양해서 주식부터 과일, 음료, 유제품까지 고루 갖춰져 있었고, 맛도 풍부하고 깔끔했습니다. 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

柠柠檬苏打도로에서 가깝고 집에 있는 시설은 국내 특급호텔 수준입니다. 주변에 바와 다른 장소가 있습니다. 창호는 방음효과가 좋은데 방마다 방음이 잘 안되는것 같습니다. 내 동료가 내 옆에 살고 있으며 내가 불을 끄는 소리를 들을 수 있습니다.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine care. Every interaction, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant, reflected a high standard of professionalism and kindness.
The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable.
It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. What adds to the convenience is the mall nearby, offering plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. A nice place to stay if you're looking for comfort with easy access to essentials.

리리뷰어Had a great experience at Holiday Inn once again. I had stayed there earlier in April 2025. Great ambience and excellent service by the staff. Like last time, we got an upgrade for our room. Room service was excellent and we were promptly provided with an extra chair on request.
Breakfast spread is delectable, and most of the staff there is very courteous and helpful. Teresa recognised us from our last trip and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Head Chef Prakash Yadav, Restaurant Manager Vinay, Restaurant Beverage manager Krishan Kumar made it a point to go to each guest to make them feel welcome. The apple jalebis merit a special mention.
Special thanks to reservation supervisor Amrita Gharti for all her help in making our stay a memorable one.
Checkin was super easy and smooth thanks to Swati. And so was the late check out courtesy Akanksha.

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

BBlackSilverGuy나는 최근에 이 호텔에 머물렀고 전반적으로 괜찮은 경험을 했습니다. 숙소는 매우 깔끔하고 깨끗하며 항상 최우선 순위입니다. 방의 에어컨은 괜찮 았습니다. 작동했지만 특히 낮에는 불편하게 더워지는 태양을 향한 방에서 더 효과적일 수 있습니다.
한 가지 단점은 객실이 엘리베이터 바로 옆에 위치하여 도보 교통 및 엘리베이터 사용으로 인해 약간의 소음이 발생할 수 있다는 것입니다. 아침 식사 옵션은 매우 제한적이어서 아침 식사에서 다양성을 찾는 손님에게 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다.
