'Soggiorno perfetto! L’hotel è situato in una posizione strategica: a soli 4 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e con un comodissimo parcheggio pubblico proprio di fronte. Le camere sono moderne, curate nei minimi dettagli, con materassi eccellenti e biancheria in lino di ottima qualità che fa davvero la differenza. Bagni spaziosi e impeccabili nella pulizia. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i vari spazi all’aperto, perfetti per rilassarsi. Un plauso speciale al ragazzo alla reception, semplicemente fantastico e super disponibile. Per non parlare della colazione: davvero favolosa! Consigliatissimo.'

'이 호텔은 정차하기에 완벽한 기지이며, 외부에서 호텔에 도착했을 때 간과한 인상을 보였지만 내부는 확실히 그렇지 않았습니다. 우리는 패밀리 룸을 가지고 있었고 프랑스에서 그렇게 큰 방을 가본 적이 없습니다. 방은 매우 크고 아름답습니다. 정원이 좋지 않은 것을 후회합니다. 널리 관찰되고 그다지 어둡지 않습니다.  레스토랑은 추천  우리에게는 확실히 반복할 수 있습니다. '

'Great location. Walking distance to old town and canals with free parking just up the street. Room had lovely balcony and cool vibe. Front desk was very helpful and lovely'

'Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.'

'Booking Numbers: *********** (PIN 5187/hotel confirmation number: ***************) and *********** (PIN 8304/hotel confirmation number: ***************). We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online.'

'Friendly welcome. Good location easy to access to the center. Breakfast buffet was nice large selection of bread, jam, yogurt etc. Only 3 items on hotside buffet( scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages ). Overall i enjoy one night stay. Recommended.'
