Honestly one of the nicest and most pleasant stays I have ever had. The home is stunning, ideally located just from the motorway. The family are lovely, so kind and warm. The rooms were really well designed and finished with lovely touches and breakfast was incredible!! All local produce, I’d go back just for breakfast again! An absolute gem! And the pool is perfect to cool off before some local wine. 10/10.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

We stayed for a quick stopover en route for Calais. The hotel is really well situated and very nicely done. Breakfast is great. The staff are super helpful, especially JULIA who was very kind and gave excellent recommendations. Do reserve a car parking space in advance.

Friendly welcome. Good location easy to access to the center. Breakfast buffet was nice large selection of bread, jam, yogurt etc. Only 3 items on hotside buffet( scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages ). Overall i enjoy one night stay. Recommended.

We booked this hotel at the last minute on Trip.com. We were driving from Geneva to the tunnel at Calais. We arrived around 7 pm. There was a very helpful lady on the reception who gave us all the information we needed for a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very clean with clean towels and everything was spotless. I can definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling through Troyes.

Personnel sympathique et serviable. Mais les chambres sont à 30° et même avec le ventilateur rien n'y fait, il brasse de l'air chaud. Réponse du personnel, nous sommes un 2 étoiles, il n'y aura jamais de l'air co. Mais des moustiquaires, des stores externes, un isolant sur les façades externes....bref rattraper la mauvaise conception du bâtiment. Personnellement, sans changement, je zapperai vos offres. Nous sommes repartis plus fatigués quand arrivant du a une nuit sans véritable sommeil. A bon entendeur salut

Le ménage est a revoir et notamment dans la salle de bain des cheveux poils douche bouché Pas de papier toilette a si 5 feuilles nous avions réservé 2 nuits aucun passage entre les 2 jours

Booking Numbers: *********** (PIN 5187/hotel confirmation number: ***************) and *********** (PIN 8304/hotel confirmation number: ***************). We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online.
