방은 깨끗하고 우리 셋에게 편리했습니다. 욕실은 깨끗하고 수압이 좋습니다. 로비에는 아래층에 물 냉각기가 있습니다. 카운터에서 담당하는 두 명의 여성은 친절했습니다. 주차는 상점 주차장에 있으며 mpaj에 지불해야하지만 호텔 앞에 주차를 할 수 있습니다. 나는 모든 것이 좋다고 생각합니다. 단점은 이슬람교도가 근처에서 음식을 찾기가 어렵다는 것입니다. 그러나 이것은 호텔에 대한 전반적으로 최소한의 일입니다. 좋은 일입니다!

The bed so rock hard was not able to sleep for the first night at all. The experience was really bad but they brought a topper the next day and it was okayish but the ongoing reconstruction in the flat near by did not allow me to do any work and rest properly. It felt like they were drilling on top of my head m. So out of 3 nights I was not able to get any rest. Plus the apartment is facing the motorway and it is very noisy. Lastly when I moved in the apartment was not clean and they was no detergent to wash the clothes and nor anywhere to hung them. The customer service team was really responsive to my massages and concerns but I would definitely not stay here again and they allowed me to drop my bags in the flat before the check in which was great help.

Just check always your facilities for make sure the customers have a good reason to stay at your hotel again

It is not friendly to the elderly and wheelchair users. The TV has only 1 channel, which is boring. Wi-Fi is not available, even though it is stated that it is. The extra pillow given smells bad.

Great place to stay! I have no comment about this hotel, but pls improve your cleanliness. Thats why I’m rating 4/5 for cleanliness. Everything else was excellent. From check in to check out, the receptionist, the housekeeper, everything was great. Very near to ampang point. Would love to book again in near future! 🫶🏻

이 호텔에 두 번째입니다. 아기 바퀴벌레 고통으로 가득 차 있었지만 이번 두 번째 방문에서 해결되었습니다. 경영진이 바뀌었기 때문에 전화 번호가 다운되거나 변경된 것 같습니다. 천천히 개선되고 있으며 최선을 다하기를 바랍니다.

화장실 세면대 수도꼭지에주의를 기울이는 것이 좋습니다.. 목적을 달성하지 않고 죽습니다.. 누수.. 컵조차 최악이 아닙니다. 여전히 방에 제공되는 병에 담긴 drjng 물이 없습니다..

location center of kl. strategic location. and value for money. affordability, improve maintenance issues, noise cause near to road. a comfortable stay at an affordable price. Got facilities such as TV/aircond/water heater. Parking not easy. This hotel near to food restaurant and easy to find food. Also near to mall and hospital. Have to pay deposit.
