My wife and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a much-needed staycation at the Swiss-Belinn Hotel, and I’m thrilled to share just how phenomenal our experience was. A great stay is made by three things: comfort, food, and service, and the Swiss-Belinn knocked all three out of the park. 算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

이 호텔 정말 최고예요! 400위안 조금 넘는 가격이라 전혀 비싸지 않아요. 아침 식사도 훌륭했는데, 버섯과 소고기가 조화롭게 어우러지고 과일 종류도 다양했어요. 아프리카에서 이렇게 훌륭한 아침 식사를 기대하지 못했는데 정말 만족스러웠어요! 가격 대비 최고예요! 다만, 무슨 이유인지 객실에 에어컨이 없다는 점은 아쉬웠어요.

아기가 생기면 엑스트라 베드가 필요하기 때문에 주로 침실이 1개 반이고 공간이 더 넓은 디럭스룸을 좋아합니다. 사실 안쪽 방의 창문은 아트리움을 향하고 있어서 창문이 없고 방에 햇빛이 전혀 보이지 않습니다. 욕실은 하수구 냄새가 나고 배기 스위치가 없거나 강한 배기음을 느낄 수 없습니다. 1박이면 괜찮습니다. 다음에는 선택하지 않겠습니다.

월요일 새벽 1시 비행기를 타기 위해 토요일과 일요일 이틀 동안 숙박을 예약했습니다. 사파리 여행에서 막 돌아와 너무 피곤해서 푹 쉬고 싶었거든요. 그런데 일요일 새벽 4시쯤부터 바로 앞방에서 시끄러운 소음이 들리기 시작했습니다. 여러 방을 쓰는 사람들이 소리를 지르며 방을 오가는 것 같았습니다. 로비에 두 번이나 전화를 걸었는데, 리셉션 직원이 친절하게 그 사람들에게 연락을 해 주긴 했지만 소음은 계속되었고 결국 잠을 포기할 수밖에 없었습니다. 그날 오후에는 방의 수도꼭지와 샤워기가 작동하지 않았습니다. 다시 전화를 걸어 수리를 요청했는데, 수리 후에도 온수가 나오지 않았습니다. 정말 찬물로 샤워를 해야 했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 음식과 호텔의 분위기는 정말 좋았습니다. 복도에 놓인 아프리카 유물들과 높은 천장은 특별한 느낌을 주었고, 그런 분위기라면 다시 한번 방문하고 싶습니다. 하지만 제가 겪었던 불편함과 방해 때문에, 꼭 필요한 경우가 아니면 다시 방문하지 않을 것 같습니다.

Located near two major shopping malls, a quiet yet vibrant atmosphere. The hotel building and the rooms are new, fully equipped with all necessary amenitities. The rooftop restaurant ASIATIC offers delicious Asian cuisine, hotel guests can enjoy a 20% discount. Stirct security measures are in place for entering and exiting.

I truly enjoyed my short stay here. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the gate to the hotel staff made me feel at home. The food was exceptional—especially the lamb chops, some of the best I’ve ever had. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety and was even more delightful by the poolside, with a cool breeze and soft background music. Security is modern and reassuring, and my room had a lovely view of Westlands. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this place.

중심가에 가까워 걸어서 몇 분 거리에 여러 바가 있어서 위치가 좋습니다. 우버를 이용하면 편리하고 저렴하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 직원들도 친절했고, 레스토랑/바는 24시간 영업하는 것 같습니다. 객실도 좋았습니다. 나이로비는 물가가 좀 비싼 편이지만, 이 호텔은 괜찮았습니다. 사파리 후에 다시 예약하려고 했는데 가격이 더 비싸져서 대신 스위스 벨린 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 스위스 벨린은 더 저렴하면서도 시설은 비슷했습니다 (거리가 조금 더 멀긴 하지만, 우버와 볼트를 이용하면 편리하고 저렴하게 이동할 수 있습니다). 케냐에 오는 외국인을 위한 팁: 1. 케냐 밖에서 환전하세요. 특히 공항 환율이 정말 안 좋습니다. 실제 환율보다 최대 35%까지 낮게 주는 것을 봤습니다. 2. 현금은 조금만 있으면 충분합니다. 대부분의 장소에서 카드를 사용할 수 있습니다. 3. 텔콤 유심 카드는 절대 사지 마세요. 나이로비에서도 전혀 쓸모가 없지만, 사파리에서는 완전히 무용지물입니다. 4. 우버와 볼트는 여기서 아주 유용합니다. 5. 사파리 여행에 국립공원 입장료(미국 달러로 지불)가 포함되어 있지 않다면, 도착 전에 미리 지불하세요. 여기 은행과 ATM은 미국 달러 인출이 매우 불안정합니다. 6. 호텔 세탁소의 비싼 가격에 돈을 낭비하지 마세요. 스마트푸아 세탁소처럼 저렴한 가격으로 세탁물을 수거하고 배달해주는 현지 업체를 이용하세요. 7. 사파리 차량 뒷좌석은 피하세요. 매우 심하게 흔들립니다. 즐거운 여행 되세요!

일부 야생 동물만 키우면 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 아침과 저녁 식사를 설정하고 쇼를보기 위해 하룻밤 바베큐를하고 하룻밤 동안 유럽식 저녁 식사를 제공합니다. 둘 다 꽤 좋습니다. 정오에는 쇼핑몰 옆에서 해결됩니다. 손님이 많지 않아 휴가에 적합합니다.
